BBS theory

Ok. I have another theory about birth by sleep. In the cutscene in final mix that everyone has seen on youtube, you'll notice that the MX has an apprentice dressed in black, blue and red, similar to how riku looked when he gave in to the darkness in the first KH. The only difference is that this apprentice has his face covered. I'm think that at the end of KHII when Ansem the Wise's machine exploded, you'll notice that riku and xemnas were standing there. Now during the blast whos to say that the explosion, when it ripped the darkness from riku, also ripped some of the darkness from xemnas creating MX and his apprentice. Now your all saying "NO NO, bbs is 9 years before the first KH" well square enix (being as crazy as they are) mentioned that a new type of enemy will be in BBS and so far, all these enemies have leaders (nobodies: organizationXIII, Heartless: Disney Villains) well maybe the leaders of these new enemies are MX and his apprentice, and these enemies can time travel, so BBS would basically be you going back and saving the past, possibly rewriting the future. And maybe malificent got there because she also figured out the trick to time traveling. Just a guess, tell me what you think.

That would explain the whole "In the past but in the future" thing, but I think it's just overall too confusing. Not that I'm doubting Square would make it...

Xemnas most likely booked it once he saw Ansem's machine about to erupt...

Actually, it's ten years before KH1...

One would assume, seeing as how MX and DS are our only known villains, they would lead them... I think MX even created them...

Very unlikely... If that were true, we would see these new enemies throughout KH1 and KH2...

please why cant every one see this all the game suggest something happend in the pass why think they time travelled? and if you think alittle harder(not sayng you didnt) why would they be made out of an heartless appearence make an origin form of someone? (cause ppl remenber that was just a form riku took he wasnt ansem and ansem wasnt whit him), not to mention if both MX and DS where made at the same time then why would the DS be is apprentice? you r theory is full of holes i remenber thoery do have to add up by the story not what makes sense

I agree With Maruka, This game isnt gona have in time travel, it was a good theory but no. We are playing as new character thus scratching time travel, off,the,list. And yes, Riku only took taht form because he found it suiting for a person who accepted the darkness, either that or, because he accepted the darkness he changed. It wasnt the Explosion that whipped the darkness away, Riku just reverted back to his original self because he wasnt ashamed of using the darkness.

Hey plz dont rule out the time travel thing yet. If you watch the KHFM+ movie everyone has seen, you'll notice that MX is using all sorts of elemental powers like ice, lighting, and wind. Also you have a time spell in KH and KHII already, so whos to say Square didn't upgrade that idea to a time traveling level.

Excactly. Im not saying rule out the pissiblility. Im just saying dont expect it. And Yes We Used Slow. But we werent jumoing back and forth between timeframes.

I guess you guys are right, but what if say MX is the dad of xehanort from KHII and his aprentice is the father of riku, explaining why riku was so close to the darkness

That's also rather unlikely. Family...just isn't an important part of KH. Note I said unlikely. Not impossible.
