riku is NOT his somebody.

1) riku was never turned into a heartless, therefore would have no nobody
2) if riku and axel were close to meeting in COM, they would have joined into one person
3) the absence of name relation; the 'X' rule only applies to members in the organization, so don't bother bringing up "but what about namine and kairi???" that's just nonsense

in other news:
no. it has not been confirmed in the novel that his original will be back, nor has his real name been confirmed. we can only wait.

I have a question. Would Axel's original self have his memories of when he was a nobody? Sora never got Roxas' memories from what I understand.
Then, Axel's original self wouldn't remember Sora and Co would he?

In a way, Sora does share Roxas' memories, but he can't just recall them the way he can recall his own. He would just know things throughout the game, like identifying Roxas in the picture with Hayner, Pence, and Olette.

But Sora/Roxas and Kairi/Namine are special, so it's hard to say whether or not Axel would have memories of his time as a Nobody. Namine said that memories are etched in the heart, and Nobodies don't have hearts. Yet the strongest ones can still remember their human lives. Either way, Axel would probably be aware that something happened to him, because he would've been missing from his world for quite a long time.

probably Ven died? and is just a memory or some sort leaving as Sora's Nobody as a sign of the past or how he looked like?

Axel's real name could be Lea, Lae, Eal, Ael, Ela, Ale, ect just wait and see or see?
for all we know well we don't no is how old are Terra, Aqua, and Ven.
i mean like they look young, but compare them to the Final Fantasy characters!

Not that I think he would have any necessary relation to Axel or his somebody if he did. Nomura modeled Axel off Reno as an homage to a character he was fond of, nothing more. It doesn't mean they're related.

That said, if Axel's somebody (Ale, or whoever) does show up, I'm sure it will be explained in the story of the game.

Because he doesn't exist in the KH universe.

The KH universe is separate from the FF universe.

Reno doesn't exist in the KH universe. The KH universe equivalent of Reno is Axel.

You know how in comics there are multiple universes? It's like that. Sure there will be another you in another universe, but not some. There. The KH universe is one that doesn't have a "Reno" existence. The closest thing to it is Axel.
