I do remember Kairi talking to that old lady. They said that was her Grandmother or something. I never noticed them saying anything about that old ladies name being Aqua though...I might just have to go and check that out. And yeah, there may be blood relations between the 6 of them, but I highly doubt it.

I personally think that there are relationship connections between the three in BBS and the three in Kingdom Hearts at all. They're there, they're new. People should give it a rest.

And no blood connection will make Sora's Nobody turn out to look exactly like Ven; it's some big connection thing but NO FAMILIES.

We DON'T know "Aqua"'s true name yet, it's not confirmed. Not all 3 characters (VAT) are connected to the trio SRK.
And Kairi is from Radiant Garden it's written in the Ansem Report, and was sent there to seek the keyblade master by xehanort's heartless.
