As we now the kingdom key was for riku because riku had a stronger heart than sora but rikus heart became weak and sora's heart grew stronger and sora claimed the keyblade, but imagen if riku never went to the darkness and he staid with the keyblade then sora's heart becomes stronger than rikus will the keyblade change to sora or will sora have a diferent one?

Sora would have a different one,cause' Riku wouldn't be in darkness and because of that,he won't be replaced.

KH1 differences:

Sora would have waited in Traverse Town until Riku came to get him.
Sora would have noticed the dramatic change in Riku and they would have fought.
Riku would be close to winning, and then Sora would get his own Keyblade.
Riku wouldn't have run into Sora in Pinocchio.
Sora would have never met Beast.
Sora would have teamed up with Donald and Goofy in Hollow Bastion.
Sora would never have created Roxas because his heart wasn't strong enough.
Sora would have barely beaten Ansem @ EOTW.

KH:CoM differences:
Riku Replica wouldn't have been asking questions about hisself and would have survived for KH2.
Sora would have joined the Organization to find and help Riku.
Riku would have never left the darkness. He'd still be Ansem's puppet.
Zexion would have survived.

KH2: differences:
Sora would attempt to leave the Organization, but Axel would try to stop him because they're friends.
Demyx and Axel would have both left the Organization because of Sora[Roxas]
Riku would have taken more of the hero role in this one and regained Donald and Goofy, trying to rid himself of Ansem/Xhehanort.
The four would have met in TT, but Riku would be too embarrased to see Sora.
Sora would be traveling with Demyx and Axel. The six would travel until Riku left. [Still emo]
Saix would have kinapped Kairi.
The sextet would have regathered in TWTNW.
Demyx would take Zexion.
Axel would take Saix.
Riku would have killed the Riku Replica
Mickey would take Xigbar.
The group would have taken Luxord together.
Ansem the Wise wouldn't have died.
He would have helped Riku rid Riku of Xehanort.
Xemnas would have been destroyed.
Because there was no explosion, Riku would still have dark powers.
They would have stayed at the dark beach.

wow PMF, I was eatin popcorn to that story. But yeah, I think that Sora would have gotten a Keyblade anyway cuz in KH2 Riku got Way to Dawn by accepting to use his Darkness as his power. So I assume that Sora would have obtained a keyblade by understanding his Light.

I also think that the series would be quicker beacuse Sora is an idiot, most main protagonists in RPGs are, so that the player wont figure out the story, but Riku is much smarter than Sora (in fact I think the only dumber character in KH than Sora is mabe Goofy) so the game qould be over already beacuse he'd already be in the know.

and of course axel would fill the gap left by riku.

P.S.way to dawn could mix wit key chains in diff ways(admit it that would be f--kin sweet)
