Rep Power: 0 ![]() | If you have played TWEWY this will probably make more sense to you than people who haven't. For those who have played past a certain point in TWEWY (The world ends with you) will know that there is a bit where Minamimoto goes on a rant about numbers. For those who haven't played TWEWY then all you need to know is that Minamimoto is a guy obsessed with numbers. Anyway to the point, during the game the below speech comes about: (Enter Neku and Joshua) Minamimoto: 3 is the point of 1 Joshua:! Minamimoto: 4 the 1-5-9 are 2 Neku:! Neku: Hey, it’s… Jushua: Shh! Let’s see what he’s up to. Minamimoto: 6-5, 3-5! 8-9, 7-9! (I don’t know if there is a break between the next numbers but im going to put commas in) 32384, 62643, 38327! And perfect. Soon… Soon I’ll have my desired solution. Neku: What was that all about It may just be me looking into this too much but perhaps the numbers used here may give us some sort of clue into the meaning behind 358/2 days meaning or not. But to me these numbers didnt have any meaning within the story (Correct me if im wrong). So thats why i think that it may have something to do with 358/2 days. I just want to quickly look at each of Minamimoto lines: 1. I dont have a clue as to what that might mean 2. This seems to be a little bit more simple, the difference between 1,5,9 is 4. e.g. 9-5=4 Then the 2 is how many 4 there are. I know it sounds confusing so hopefully this will explain 1---5---9 See how there are 2 number 4's and thats where the 2 fits in. I think that also there is more to this line, but i cant get my head around it.4---4 3. Again this line just confuses me. Well anyway please bring forward your ideas. Also for those wanting to look futher into it, it happens at the end of: Spoiler: (Highlight this box to see the hidden message.)
@Mods: If this is in the wrong section please move it but I thought this was the right section as it does address 358/2 days. Last edited by TheMuffinMan; 05-16-2008 at 11:46 AM. | |

Rep Power: 1 ![]() | I've not played the game (should I, is the game good?) so I could only guess whether or not these numbers have meanings outside of this game. But "3 is the point of 1" hmmm..... very interesting, you can look at it in many ways, such as "1.3", or "3 makes 1 complete" or "3 will define 1". But all of these have no real significance that I am aware of, unless the 3 means KHIII, in which case 3 will elaborate on themes of the first KH. Who knows, really, these numbers may refer to Organization members, but it doesn't really make sense to say "Xaldin is the point of Xemnas", now does it? If these numbers do represent Org. members, then 1 is Xemnas, 3 is Xaldin, 4 is Vexen, who is killed by 8 (2 times 4 is 8), Axel, 5 is Lexaeus, and 9 is Demyx. Or perhaps since 358/2 equals 179, and 159 - 4 equals 155 ("I will disappear from this world in 155 days."), 2 and 4 smashed together make 24, which it the number of days between 179 (358/2) and 155 (see Roxas' quote above). But the 4 comes first in that sentence, so what is 117? Nothing that I know of. Speaking of 24, look at my post count. When I look at "6-5, 3-5! 8-9, 7-9!".... I get nothing really. *edit* Wait, the difference between 6 and 3 is 3, and the difference between 8 and 7 is 1, 3 is the point of 1. Maybe that means 5 is the point of 9. Lexaeus is the point of Demyx (blegh, that doesn't make sense). I've got to think more about the other numbers later :p. Ugh, none of this really makes sense. :p Too much information, my head is going to explode. Last edited by KCDjedi; 05-16-2008 at 12:26 PM. |

I haven't been this obsessed with a game since I first played KH. Definately the best DS game and best RPG in a long time. 2nd favorite game behind KH. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | It's (times 2) die! Maybe, anyone remember in TWEWY when Minamimoto has that three three text-bubble number rant? he was reciting the value of Pi. |
