yeah, maybe it wasn't Hollow bastion after all, but there was still a picture of a castle that reminded Kairis heart of Hollow Bastion---

Now that I though a little more let me say why it is completely impossible:
1- Sora gets Kingdom Key (a Keyblade) and keyblades choose their wielder by their HEART'S strength, and since a Nobody don't have hearts, the keyblade couldn't chose a nobody to be its wielder (Roxas was able to use a keyblade because Sora could);
2- Sora becomes a heartless, and a nobody can't become heartless they can become whole again or fade into darkness, but can't turn themselves into heartless;
3- Sora has feelings, which means heart, a nobody has no feelings by the lack of a heart;
4- Just before th islands be filled with heartless, we hear Sora's mother calling him, and I highly doubt someone can give biological birth to someone without a heart.
For all this reasons (and maybe some more I can't remember) SORA HAS NEVER BEEN A NOBODY he just created one.

Hallow Bastion is where Kairi lived.When Sora had Kairi's heart inside him, it cause him to recall memories that were actually Kairi's, not his.

Sora thinks that the castle is familiar because Kairi's Heart, which is hiding in his own, is responding to seeing it.
