what if there is a new being that has a heart and soul but no body??
or has a body and heart but no soul??

Thats been argued befored some people thats a ghost and others say the soul can't substain itself without a body.

Personally I think that the new enemies could be a "corrupted light" or MX using light for evil purposes.
Like the villians in kh using darkness for evil.

Out of all the kh story Riku is the only one to use darkness to help somebody, after he's free of Xehanort's heartless.

And for those who say darkness is evil by using heartless as examples, heartless are evil but their creatures of instinct.

All they know is to seek hearts.

Ya know. People turn into Heartless when there hearts are taken over by the darkness in their hearts. And once a Heartless is created the shell they leave behind becomes a Nobody. Riku has been apart of darkness ever since Xeharnorts Heartless took over him. And even though he lost it from the end of KH2. I still wonered why Riku hasn't become a Heartless or a Nobody yet. His firends became Heartless and Nobodies but not him, why is that?

Because he didn't succumb fully to darkness. Not enough to make a heartless anyway. Therefore, no heartless.

I guess. That makes sense why he hadn't become a Heartless, yet. Even with Xeharnorts Heartless inside him.

Makes perfect sense to me, too. Riku never had to and didn't completely submit to the darkness to use it, so he didn't create a Heartless, just as Hades said. Simple as that.

Nope. The heart would create a heartless and the soul would end up going to a final resting place.
