Yes, they have said that she 'disappears' during the course of the single player and that's why the multiplayer isn't in the same universe because you can play as her. Which also confirms she has a weapon of some sort =/

If you payed attention to the other posts you can see that I intentionally maked stuff up about alter egoes.

Aqua, there are still possibilities that Aqua is the 14th member, DiZ used the darkness to of form, so she can... Actually, when chaging form I think he ment skin tone, he really looks darker, and Aqua could've used the same method.

That made me laugh xD. And I can see why Namine wouldn't be allowed into the organization... She'd be useless on missions. Essentially all she can do is alter the memories Sora and people connected with him. I guess she'd have to pray that things she encountered on missions were connected to Sora, so she could smash their memories/hearts; otherwise she'd be screwed.

sounds good. kind of like one of those mysteries they hold at the end of the game, like not knowing Auron was dead in FFX through a third of the game

I was just thinking, I mean, if they tell us within the first little bit of the game "This is the 14th member, her name is Xaqua" or what have you, then we're immediately going to know who that is. So maybe they find some way of not revealing it until the end.
Or, I guess she could have a fake Nobody name... though that'd be just... weird. lol.
