i was recently viewing the secret ending for kh2(not fm)and took a close look at the crossroads and noticed they looked exactly just like the crossroads in kh chain of memories the only difference is in com its a field of grass but in the trailer its all sand so i got to thinking and ive come up with this. Ten years after the battle with mx grass has replaced the sand.Xehanort turns into a heartless and that creates his nobody Xemnas. Xemnas finds castle oblivion and then recruits members etc. Just a thought:thumbup:

Xemnas didn't find Castle Oblivion, he found it... CO is most likely MX's castle...

i doubt they're the same place

but maybe they're connected somehow...

oh yeah look at the landscape, do you see any hills, canyons, and a freakin' mountain where VAT, DS, and MX duked it out?

I have remembered that another member here made a thread similar to this.

there are no hills,canyons or mountains where VAT were,as said above.

but,somehow,using some sort of powerful magic,the area was turned into the crossroads of com.

If I remember correctly, there was speculation of this possibility a while ago?

There are a few questions that linger with this theory;

Would the locations clash, with the way the game is set out?
Is it compatible with the Kingdom Hearts timeline?
