Populated worlds can serve as a place to buy new magic, armor, clothes, Keychains or get subquests for people

Ale is NOT Reno, he just based off him which in our world means it's the same, it's like Roxas and Cloud or Olette and Shelke, they look alike but theyre different people.

Just to humor you, in KH3, Reno and Ale should meet each other. And like in a comic I saw, one of the Turks says "Oh ****, there's two of them now."
