Translation:

Sora ends up inside KH where he goes to the core, and finds a little girl who claims to be KH. The little girl basically says "The universes is F*cked up with heartless still running around and with worlds being connected, unconnected, w/e. You, as of now, the King of Hearts have a choice. You may either reset the universe so that everything can start over, and the balance of light and dark at peace, or, you can leave the universe as it is and try to put everything back yourself. Your choice."

Sora starts everything over. The screen turns white, then the credits roll.

BAD END.

I some how couldn't see him doing that, but lets add a bit of a choice shall we, say Sora resets the world but loses Riku and Kairi in the process or he chooses to not reset the world and saves Riku and Kairi. Of course it depends if Sora chooses to become one with Kingdom Hearts or not, if not he'd still fight for his friends, now that is a bad ending though I have a badder one in mind.

Edit: Ah, now I know what you mean, I was opting for a Sad ending but a bad ending would be if Sora turns evil or wakes up and finds it was all just a dream, I'm assuming you mean that?

I actually drew her as a cute little girl, around 5 yrs old who just sits there and smiles at Sora.

Edit: Ah, now I know what you mean, I was opting for a Sad ending but a bad ending would be if Sora turns evil or wakes up and finds it was all just a dream, I'm assuming you mean that?

Basically.

Now a SAD end would be what I wrote as a Bittersweet end which is Riku dies, Sora Rages, beats the last boss, then has to become KH itself. Sora meets the KH-loli that tells him all this. While they are talking, they are in a large empty glowing area with hearts floating all around. The loli tells Sora that he is to remain here for the rest of enternity or until his heart is used up. (watever sounds better)

Sora walks up to a certain heart and cups it with both hands. He then asks the girl if he could say goodbye to his friends before he leaves. KH lets him and so he appears to Kairi who is holding a dead Riku. Sora still has the heart cupped in his hands. He leans over Riku and puts the heart back in him. Riku wakes up staring at Sora with wide eyes.

Sora smiles at them both.
Kairi: "...You're....leaving aren't you..."
Sora: "Yea...."
Riku: *smiling with tears in his eyes* "Hmp. I don't know why they even pick you, you lazy bum."
Sora: *laughs a little bit then hugs them both, but wispers in Riku's ear* "Take care of her..."

The KH doors shut with Sora smiling with tears rolling down his cheek.

Fade out

Fade in

A young boy with blonde hair and a young girl with silver hair are sword fighting. an older Kairi watches them from afar. She sees a glimpse of Sora, but he dissapears. Kairi smiles and looks up to the sky.
"All worlds share the same sky. One sky, one destiny"

Ok, in order to give you my idea for an ending, I have to give my ideas for the other games leading up to it. So here we go:
Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep
Following the story of Terra, Ven, and Aqua, we see how different characters got to where they are in Kingdom Hearts. (My idea) Master Xehanort is trying to convince Ven to go along with him. In the climactic battle at the end of BbS (secret video of KH2: Final Mix), Ven is left unconscious with no memory. Ansem the Wise finds him and all he remembers is "Xehanort" adopting the name, and becoming the Xehanort antagonist of the series.

The final game in a seven part series, Kingdom Hearts 3 brings the story to a close. With 21 worlds, KH3 is definitely a huge game. Xemnas and his heartless are reunited making him more powerful than ever.... Skip to the end. Kind of like End of the World, Xehanort has broken the door to Kingdom Hearts allowing the Realm of Light and the Realm of Darkness to merge along with other worlds. Basically, every character encountered (both Disney and Final Fantasy) and even a few who you don't know are teamed up in an epic battle. (Terra is there too. The fight against Sora in KH2: Final Mix was real) The final battle against Xehanort involves Sora, with Riku and Kairi as your party members. Riku is "killed" and thrown into the Darkness (just wait) and Sora goes BEAST MODE into an all new form that you finish the game with. The Heartless are driven back, but Sora can’t celebrate like the others because of Riku. Kingdom Hearts takes over Kairi and assures Sora that Riku is alright, and she points to the Door of Kingdom Hearts where Riku is on the side to Darkness (like KH). Possessed Kairi tells Sora that one must watch over the Realm of Light (Sora) and one over the Realm of Darkness (Riku). They seal Kingdom Hearts, along with all other Keyblades being pulled into it…. (Sorry, I’m tired). Sora and Kairi together years later on Destiny Islands. Riku watching over the Heartless in the Realm of Darkness. Go back to Sora and Kairi with their son: Riku. Story book ending like classic Disney movies where it closes on them, and the book says Kingdom Hearts. Credits, showing all of the worlds returned to their normal state (as if the Heartless never interfered).

Meh, FFVII was my first FF game that I played, I was reluctant to play any of them at first, this was waaay before FF X came out and while FFIX was still new. I missed out on a lot during those days
