Well, FF used to be on nintendo consoles because sony didn't exist in the market yet. Then nintendo made the infamous worst financial move in the industry when it refused an add-on to its hard-ware code named PlayStation. This would allow it to read discs instead of cartridges giving it more space. Anyway, you know the rest.

Unofficially, Square does have ties to Sony, but its more of one of those Japanese, party loyalty things at most... Stupid party loyalties, ruining politics!

I believe some people would buy the system only for KH, but that would not really help SE. Unless they make a deal with the consolemanufacturers, they will not get any money from the console incomes. SE would get more money if people would buy more games, and they would probably sell more games because not everyone wants to buy a console for one game. Everyone would get the game no matter what console they own.(Personally I don't want it on 360, but everythings possible)
But why do we keep talking about this, we haven't even got BBS and 358/2 Days (and Coded, perhaps never out of japan).

well, if someone is going to buy a console, then SE will profit when that someone buys the game too.

But then you go back to the point we're discussing - Should KH be on multiple platforms? If its on more tha one, then SE makes more money, cuz then 360 users can play also.

I understand what you're saying. But after all, I think most people would not buy a console for one game.
It would be cheaper to buy the game for the console they own. The base point is that SE would probably sell more games if everyone would buy one for their own console, instead of a portion of the people buying a console and the game.
But back to the topic then!
