I own a PS2. I've owned both KH 1 AND 2 multiple times (don't ask). I've been a faithful fan, EVEN during those 6 years between the release of the two, and have even found a way to play KH:COM. Heck, I'm on a KH fan website!

CLEARLY, I've established that I like KH. REEAAALLYY like. So WHY ARE ALL THE NEW GAMES COMIN' OUT FOR ANYTHING BUT THE PS2?!?!?

I mean, C'MON! I BOUGHT a PS2 to play KH on when it 1st came out! I'm not rich, neither's my family. So what, I just gotta wait for PS2 ports to come out with kh3's "Final Mix"... that's ONLY released in Japan?!?!!?!?

Oh, and guess what? I CAN'T BUY A PS3!!!

I'm postin this 'cuz I know I'm not he only one. I feel so... AHHHH!!!

It's so not fair, and I makes no sence. If the core fans played on the ps2, why would they want to reach out to people who most likely NEVER played 1 or two in the first place and just pop right in in the middle?

Oh, and to the luck few who ACTUALLY own one the the systems the 3 upcoming games are coming out for, congrats. Maybe you can donate to the "TFH-Needs-Her-Game-Fix" fund. Current total: $5.00 and whatever I find in the dryer.

Ever think that some people would like to have hand-held KH games? Nomura isn't going to make KH games on the PS2 specifically for you, especially when the new generation systems are out now.

well technically by spanning onto other consoles, it creates more publicity and spans to other people who own those systems and is a company tactic. Although many people own these systems, like me per say, I own those systems already....they're just trying to use other consoles instead of just a PS2 since the new consoles will abolish the PS2 in gaming in the future

Listen, I feel your pain and I know a lot of others feel you pain too,
First of all we have no solid ground to say that KH3 is going to come out on PS3, however this is the most likely case. As for myself, I have to scrounge up enough cash somehow for a PSP and I myself also know what it's like to have difficulties with financial situations. Thankfully, I know I have enough time to save little by little because BBS is not even close to coming out, and most likley wont be out for at least my country untill late next year so I'm fine with that.
It's difficult for everyone in there own ways, but the others are right, Square couldn't care any less, in their eyes they're getting more money by expanding what systems they cater for.
I suppose we as fellow Kingdom Hearts fans must get by as best we can.

Again, not so simple, I myself are thinking about job hunting but, I have no idea where I'd fit it into my busy shedual, sometimes I do a 10 hr day at school, and whatever little time I have at home I find myself litterally exhausted.

Basically, complaining will do nothing to help you, so get over it, and don't spam the forums. I guess you never thought some people would be happy to have more handheld KH games, didja? I guess you also never thought this is a good marketing tactic and if it goes well, they'll be able to make an even better KH3 (if one ever comes out, which I'm not saying it will, but that's a whole new argument...)

None of the new games are coming out on the PS3. I have a distinct feeling that the next Sora/Riku/Kairi-based Kingdom Hearts game won't be out until 2009/2010 ... so, you still have time to save up for a PS3 or whatever platform they decide to release it on.

I personally don't own a DS or PSP, so I'll just be watching videos of gameplay/cutscenes on Youtube unless I find the spare money ;)

Hey, if ur a major fan like me and Failed Hero, then u should have a reason 2 cry. I don't own a PS3. I do howevr own a previously used PS2 that is busted, and my B-day is on the 16th, so I'm hoping I got another one or a PS3, (yeah!) But still I feel that we should have the need 2 cry. :'(

Frankley, no one really gives a sh*rk if you cant afford to get these new games. Yes, we know you really, REALLY want to get a PS3 for the next KH, but we really cant do anything about.

SOOOOOO, because of my generosity and boredness, i will compile a list of things to do to get the items of your dreams.

1. Be really, REALLY nice to your parents, a good child should be rewarded with good things right?
2. Go get a job.
3. Beg in the streets.
4. Hell, sell lemonade and any other crap you can get on your hands.
5. look around your house for coins. Youll be able to find a decent enough of cash under the couch of inbetween the washer and dryer.
6. If your really desperate then... no, not even I can say that...
7. Have a freind help you out if you agree to share consoles. Or you can get a PSP, and your freind can get a DS, then trade games when your finished with them.
8. Steal money from your freinds during lunch. I could get $3 a day by doing this.
9. If you have some gaming account, for ex. Runescape, sell it on ebay.
10. Sell EVERYTHING you dont need, want, etc. on Ebay.
11. Ebay.

so obviously the latest games will be released on them.
