Evidence of a keyblade war?

I was thinking about how, in Kingdom Hearts, Sora just obtained the keyblade and it made me wonder. Why is it that VAT had to be trained? They were apprentices before they could be Keyblade masters, so why didn't Sora? If there were still other Keyblade trainers then surely one of them had a stronger heart, so maybe there was a Keyblade war, and maybe even some kind of organization for keyblade wielders before it happened and that organization was torn apart by it, any thoughts? (Sorry if this has already been suggested, and for any grammatical errors)

But sora was thought...kinda when he was sleeping. You know the stain glass place. And he did need the keyblade urgently when he was being attacked by heartless.

As for why sora got the keyblade right away.
The worlds were in danger and it needed a weilder.
So when riku choose darkness it went to sora.
If anybody disagrees with the kk leaving riku cause of darkness read his profile in kh1 journel.

No, no one is argueing but they usally do just wait to more post.

As for the masters, they all couldn't have died cause MX is one and VAT has one.
But for all we know MX killed all the remaining masters.

You do know that BBS, the game MX is from and VAT are from is set ten years Before KH1 right?^ They could all be dead...

:lol: I share your pain on that one Incognito, some people ignorant to the truth will argue against it. I'm not saying I believe it only went to him because he chose the darkness, since keyblades do not automatically stay with Light or Darkness since they can choose either.

As for the topic, I believe Sora is sort of like Cloud, Cloud got all of Zack's skills, but he didn't even train in the same way Zack did, and yet he was a good fighter. Cloud had the skills of a first class, but never made it to become one, how is that? Also, Cloud did not have any time to train at all to get up to Zack's level. So I know for a fact, that Cloud just got his skills without any training. Sora on the other hand is just about the same way, except, Sora and Riku used to spar as younger kids, meaning they actually trained in fighting. I'm guessing that starting off VAT didn't have any training in combat like Sora did with Riku.

Anyway I argee with AR, keyblades work for the strong hearted.
The fact that kk worked for riku even when he was dark proves this.

The darkness didn't prevent him from getting the keyblade. When he let it into his heart, his heart weakened, and it went to Sora. Then, when his heart regained strength, he could take the keyblade back.

I believe the keyblade works for anybody with strong hearts.

You make a good point though, accepting darkness did weaken him.
But sora depending on the keyblade is what made him lose it in hollow bastion.

Back to the main topic, do you think there could have been some kind of organization for keyblade wielders? If so (Theory Time) Maybe someone, possibly MX, found a way to create Keyblades artificially, and maybe that cause a rift between the members where some were against it and others were for it. And maybe that caused the war? Any thoughts?

the theory that was a keyblade organization makes perfect sense Why? because sora got the keyblade by fate not dumb luck he wz in danger and needed it maybe his dad wz a keyblade wielder too and sora got the sme pure heart it needs to get one. Even riku had a pure heart even when so called ansem to over his body riku was doing the wrong things for the right reasons. and bsides it takes more than a storng heart to wield a keyblade everybody in organization 13 had a strong heart but they didn't have keyblades.
