Personally, it would ruin a fantastic series of books. I just can't picture a classical work of literature into a video game series NOT solely about one of those books.

Can't decide if Peter or Aslan would be a better party member. personnaly, I think this would be awsome.

well, i understand that it was an awesome series, but the movie was quite different from the book, and thats the chronicles of narnia im talking about.

It's distributed by Disney, but made by Walden Media. I, personally, would LOVE to see Narnia in a Kingdom Hearts game. Aslan as a party member = drool. Or maybe he could be a summon. The Pevensie children as party members would be good too, but only at specific times. Like, you use Peter for one part of the game, Susan in one part, Lucy in one part, and Edmund in another part of the game. It think Prince Caspian would be cool to use as a party member as well.

i thought both the book and the movie were terrible.

I love the Chronicles of Narnia, it's way up there on my top 10 favourite books and movies.
I think having the massive battle like they did in the actual movie would be cool, I'd probably expect Peter to be in your party, that's about it the other's would probably just fight around you.
Kinda Narnia is a typical Kingdom Heartsy type story, line, the whole good VS evil. Light VS Dark. type thing.

BUT

I also truly agree with Frozen Fate.
It's practically in-just if they don't give it the repect it needs. It's an amazing book serries and it was in my eyes an amazing movie. If done properly it could be probably my favourite world, or at least right up there with Neverland, Pooh's Story book and Pridelands for me, BUT If they're going to do it as badly as they did Pirates Then I DO NOT want them doing Narnia.
I love Pirates, favourite all-time movies also, BUT The Kindom Hearts Version of it sucked! Some people liked it, I thought it didn't highlight the movie's glory enough and "shudders' the VA's were terrible for it - especially Elizabeth and Jack's , mmm Yeah Will was bad too... lol
I don't want history to repeat it's self so I think if they cant handle it I think they need to stick to the animated ones. Cause in Pirates, Will and Elizabeth looked Re-diculous lol. And Gosh they didn't have Pintel and Regitti! - Sorry can't spell their names, Or some of the other classics, like Gibbs, Marty, Cotton and Commodore Norrington... Think what would they skip out on Narnia Mr Tumnus? The Beavers? No thankyou.

I'm going to have to agree with the fervent cries of rejection and blasphemy.

There's nothing quite like ruining classic literature by converting it into video game form.

woah, long time since the last time i posted...
anywho, the series was well know, just before our time. not classis disney, but classis nonetheless. if you're going to go by that logic, then i'd say that there is a possibility of narnia being inthe next game. but, with potc being butchered in kh2, (i think they could've did so much better), i say no. i feel we've already had at least one classis movie completely ruined, which forevermore change my view on it (believe it or not, little mermaid)... i don't want the same to happen to one of my favorite books. just let it stick to the movies. square needs to prove themselves in that field before i trust them again. if they can do that, then i actually would like to see narnia in the game.
on a side note: peter would probably end up being our party member, since aslan is like the all-powerful being in the chronicles.

Already been done, Narnia already has it's own game, I know I've seen it for PS2 atleast, not sure about others... Perhaps DS? Don't count on my memory, I just know it's been done for PS2...

controversy? oh, you mean the sort of religious reference in the story...well, narnia never caused an uproar like Golden Compass did, so i think it'd be ok. besides, Narnia is sort of classic, since the book came out in 1950. some classic right there! all in all, i think it'd be awesome!

the reason PoC was in kh2 was because they had just gotten a new program that converted live-action movies into video game graphics, so they really didn't know how to use it when they decided to put in PoC.
