Axel actually "died" before AtW, and so did plenty of other people. If that blast had killed AtW, it should have killed Sora and everyone else since the blast was sort of big. I don't think AtW is dead, just somewhere else, waiting for the appropriate time to help Sora, Riku, and the King again.

Actually, I think Ven will die in BBS, which most likely will happen. I also think Riku, or another one of Sora's friends, will sacrifice himself to save Sora. Or maybe, Sora himself will die. You never know...

It's not a theory, it's a fact.
Was started in Another Report that if the heartless and Nobody is "destroyed" then it has a chance to got back to it's original form.

The ONLY two that have done this is Axel (as hinted in the novels) and Xemnas/xehanort/ansem/what the f*ckever.

Yah so answering the original question , I think that Riku might be the one to die next, he just seems like that kind of guy that would do something to get himself killed or sacrifice himself, but like everyone else has pretty much already said, no one knows.

Hmm, well there is no ABSOLUTE proof that the real Ansem the Wise is dead, sure he said his farewells, but he did say "anything could happen" so maybe he really is alive somewhere . . . And Kairi died, sorta as far as I know, ur dead without a heart, even though it was with Sora, maybe she was in a heartless coma, lololololol, jk . . . Yeah but anyway I do feel a twinge of curiosity to know if someone else is going to . . . "kick the bucket"

VAT has her money on Riku. I'm guessing that Sora will die at the end of the series...or become Kingdom Hearts itself.

Umm... I think that any non-original character's canonical death would be an awful move. (For instance, even if Mickey died in the noblest of manners, I don't think Disney would allow it, and the players would freak out. Same for Square-Enix.) =\
