MX conversation and BBS

well i do have a theory purtaining to MX conversation with Terra and the end of the BBS trailer were Terra's eyes go gold...i think MX wanted Terra to convert to evil since you know he "extended his hand to Terra in their conversation and Terra said he had a friend(Ven)...so i think MX purposely hit Ven with a full body Blizzaga to enrage Terra into evil or darkness

you catch my drift right guys!?

oh and in this BBS trailer (watch in high quailty) at moment 4:01the handle on Ven's keyblade is gold like the KingdomKey.......didnt we all see in the scan that it is completely black

hmm interesting idea. but I think there is more too it. I think MX mostly just blizzarded Ven because they are enemies.

Well, that kinds of remind me of how the emperor works in Star Wars... But maybe, even though I don't think Terra needed this to be enraged.

maybe, or maybe that's just what the focus bar is all about. liek eye color instead of clothes color o_O

Interesting idea, Fatal mode brings on the orange eyes. I think that would be brilliant. I mean the same idea is being used for Final Fantasy Versus XIII.

I think that is when Terra would be most susceptible to the darkness also.

Actually if you remember, in Reverse Rebirth, Riku would go into dark mode when "charged". I think such an idea could work in a similar fashion. As for Focus Mode, I think Fatal is just Terra's.. form of Focus. Like Ven has a Focus Mode, and so would Aqua. As you attack, it builds up, until you can unleash more powerful moves.

I think that is how the combat system will work. It shall not be a card system as such, but consecutive attacks will gain more and more power, and by combining them with different spells and abilities in different ways, you can use new attacks. And as these build up, the gauge will rise.

oh cool but i see in the scan there is like a command thing so no cards =D

Ah I believe so~ the thing is Nomura said there was a new battle system much like the one involving cards. That was just my explanation.. I mean it would cover the "stacking" and combinations.
