But you don't seriously think the PS2 is going to live forever, are you? Just think about when the release date for a next Kingdom Hearts game would be, like 2010?

And Final Fantasy didn't only make games for the Playstation 2. It's not a PS2 classic.

It would be a fresh and welcome change for KH to play it on Wii.It would be great to swing the wiimote as the Keyblade.

If they could make that concept work, like in Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess for example, it could be pretty awesome.

it could be better on xbox 360 because apparently producers are changing there games into 360 games because they get more sales than the ps3 all because of the money

although the original style of being on ps2 will be a good thing for most people because it will keep the originality of the game play and also because of the amount of people owning one but i dont see the problem with 358/2 days being on DS because remember chain of memories - it was on gameboy advance and it wasnt too bad it even had great graphics when it came to 3D videos

so i cant really see a problem in that

actually,if any future kh games to the 360 then alright it can be a midquel or prequel but not kh3.the ps2 console and kh were a great combination and kh3 ad ps3 might look good too.

KH + Multiplayer = Massive failure. I remember someone saying that it would be full of noobs using incorrect grammar and slang terms. I will include a few my friend told me about.

Really. Cause I live in New Zealand and mine only cost $800. Plus now you can get it for $900 with 2 controllers and a "hot" game. Then again, not everyone can afford that...

if only it were earlier i got a DS at the beginning of the year so i could get games on a variety of consoles just incase they did put them on it (i hadnt heard about the game then)

They're working on games now, plus they haven't even started KH3

even later? i just wish they would make one of the games quicker than they usually do because kh2 seemed to take them like 3 years or something and i just cant wait longer

1) PS2's processing power is not strong enough to support anything much more complicated than KH2. If SE wants to compete, then they need to make a really good awesome game, and a platform like PS2 just can't compete with an XBox 360 or PS3. It's just not powerful enough. Its like trying to play Halo 3 on a Pacman machine.

2) KH shudn't go on the Wii, cuz it'll ruin the control system. Not only that, the fighting style will be different. Timed button bashes at least take SOME skill, but I've seen my brother breeze through LoZtTP by flicking his wrist back and forth as an attack. That's lame. I don't think ppl would like that to happen to KH. I wouldn't. Also, with the precise movement-detector of the Wii, it'll be hard to pull of exact sequences of attacks, as well as the accidental attack while running for your life from Sephy (which leaves you dead)

3) XBox 360... I have no opinion, simply because I haven't seen the controller (Yes I'm that out of date). But if its based off the original XBox, then KH *might* have a chance on the XBox. I really don't think the control scheme should be changed. I mean, they're keeping it for the PSP and the DS (portable platforms). Why change it on a XBox?

I've only recently remade an old account, but I like to browse from time to time, and don't normally post.

As someone said earlier, KH3 is one of the games that will usher in the "upgrade" of fans from their ps2s to ps3s. Sorry, but as inovative as it might be, I highly doubt a Wii version, yet I must admit a keyblade periphieral would be amusing.

Could be my personal views, but the only time I'll hold a 360 controller in my hands is at a friends house. Despite what the U.S figures say, the ps3 eclipses the sales of the 360 in Japan. That may not be true in majority of sales, but things are beginning to look better. Why hasn't the ps3 taken off? There haven't been any big name exclusives, aside from Ratchet and Clank. Sure, there have been a few new ideas. Uncharted? Not my type of game. Resistance? Eh, I dont think it's a console breaker. Heavenly Sword? Mmm...a hack and slash that's more of a rental than a buy

I'm a tad angry that DMC4 released on the 360 as well after being a ps3 exclusive for so long. As popular as that series is, it could have done more good for the ps3 as an exclusive. In the looming months, the only annouced big name exclusive is MGS4, which will surely sell consoles. Along with a future exclusive release for FF XIII and (hopefully) KH3, everything will work out.

I am currently divided on the Wii, I can see both sides of the issue.

The 360 would be alright though, because it and the PS3 share roughly the same control scheme.

The Wii graphics are way too poor to offer a RPG ~ it's only like Eye Toy some years ago.
And XBox ~ I better shutup cause I hate them =D it would just end up in a battle between PS and XBox-Fans D= ...

Most of Squares games were for a PS and I dont remember one for the XBox ~ they wont change this just for fun

And seriously~ imagine a KH online! It wouldnt have the same feeling if there were 100000 kids with keyblades around. *remembers DoC online and FFVI* you would grow bored of it
