Well, I did develop a deduction which focuses on the BBS enemies sometime ago. Eventually, I was going to make a thread for it, but since this thread pertains to the enemies, I'd glady post it here. Constructive criticism is welcomed. ~~~~~~~~~ This deduction pertains to the BBS enemy; just what are these creatures? Neither a nobody nor a heartless, but an entirely new species. This intrigues me, so I made a little deduction. While reading this theory, keep in mind the following: ------------------------------------------------------- Secret Ansem Report #4 The key is those without a heart, the "Heartless". Embodiments of the darkness in the heart. Accursed shadows with no hearts who steal the hearts of all living things and multiply. Where did they come from, and where are they going? The three elements that compose life...the heart, the soul, the body. When life loses the heart, what happens to the leftover soul and body? When the soul leaves the body, which it lives in as a vessel, life dies. But if the heart is removed, what happens? Even if the heart is separated from the body, life is not destroyed. The heart simply disappears into the darkness. ---------------------------------------------------- Secret Ansem Report #7 When beings without hearts, "Heartless", are born, the remaining soul and body are born in this world as a different existence. They have different objectives to the Heartless, and I do not know what "it" is that they aim for, but as I had thought, they are existences which bring chaos to the world. Another threat...they have named theselves with a certain irony. They have named themselves the non-existent ones, "Nobodies" --------------------------------------------------- Keywords* - Incarnations of darkness - Creatures born in the same process of a Nobody and a Heartless, but lacking virtually all elements of both a Nobody and a Heartless. - Sage of Darkness --------------------------------------------------- Theory: 'Incarnations of Darkness' --------------------------------------------------- Life that doesn't maintain a heart is nothing more than a soul and body. An inanimate shell of an existence which presently, will be reborn in a entirely different existence. Evidently, the requirements for both of these creatures to exist is the absence of a heart from an individuals body. But what if there's something that can serve as an intermediary for the heart? Initially, we need to understand what a heart consists of. Ansem ( Xehanort's Heartless ) "All worlds begin in darkness, and also end. The heart is no different - darkness sprouts within it. It grows, consumes it... such is it's nature. In the end, every heart returns to the darkness whence it came. You see, darkness is the hearts true essence." The heart also consists of light, a glimmer that shines through the darkness in order to keep a balance. Both substances are eternal - neither can cancell each other out unless the individual whom possesses the heart allows it to. A heart can purely exist as either light or darkness... We already seen a few with hearts which solely consist of light, hence the 'Princesses of Hearts.' However, we have yet to see an individual with a heart which solely consist of darkness. Perhaps Master Xehanort would presumably be the first... the 'Sage of Darkness.' So now that we understand what a heart consists of, we can theorize how these enemies from BBS came into existence. It should be known by now that neither Nobodies nor Heartless were around during the time period of BBS. Quote:
I believe that these creatures are born in the same process of a Nobody and a Heartless, but they lack certain elements of both creatures. Or, instead of lacking, they might have something neither a Heartless or a Nobody can acquire. An intermediary... When the heart is absent from the body, the shell remains. A heartless should be born soon after - however, they do not exist in this time period. The heart will return to darkness eventually, and the body and soul will soon fade without the heart present. The intermediary, which will be 'Darkness' can fulfill the role of a heart, corresponding with the body and soul as if the heart never left. The result will be a creature which differs from both a heartless and a nobody. Incarnations of darkness which exist solely to obtain more darkness, as the heartless exist solely to acquire a heart. These creatures ultimate goal is to obtain ultimate darkness, ala Kingdom Hearts. Also, I believe the DS is one of these creatures, but in a higher rank. In rare occurrences, both Heartless and Nobodies are able to maintain a human-like form. ------------------------------------------------ Secret Ansem Reprt #7 Most Nobodies have lost their human forms, like the Heartless. But the Nobodies born from those with strong hearts only change a little on the outside, keeping human form. ----------------------------------------------- This is also the same with the Heartless. Now, let's assume that Master Xehanort is the opposite of a 'Princess of Heart.' His heart solely consist of darkness... a 'Sage of Darkness.' In the KH2FM+ teaser, we've seen him seemingly split into two. In a instant, his other self transformed into what we know as the DS. While his original self kept his heart, his copy presumably doesn't have one. The darkness of MX's heart converted his copy into something entirely different, an incarnation of darkness. Now I'm sure some of you are wondering, how is the DS able to wield a keyblade? In order for one to aqcuire a keyblade, he/she must possess a strong heart. MX should have no problem wielding a keyblade since he has a heart of pure darkness. The DS - however, doesn't have a heart. This is where the intermediary steps in... As I've stated before, the intermediary can serve as a substitute for the heart. The aforementioned intermediary is made of 'Darkness,' as I previously stated. So in essence, if the intermediary is strong enough, it wouldn't be farfetched to deduce that this being is able to wield a keyblade. Thus is the case, as we see DS wielding a keyblade. Weaker incarnataions of darkness cannot accomplish such a feat, nor can they maintain a human-like appearance, hence the enemies you see in a few BBS screenshots. Unlike the other incarnations of darkness, the DS is of a higher rank, hence the keyblade and the human-like appearance. You can say that the DS is similar to Roxas; because MX can wield a keyblade, the DS can as well. Whether or not the DS is self-conscious of it's existence is beyond me, but if it is... it can be rather interesting. As for the DS's attire, let's talk a little about it. Evidently, we can easily percieve that the DS's attire is similar to Riku's dark attire. The similarities end with the color of both suits and the presence of the Heartless emblem on Riku's dark attire. Strangely enough, although Riku's dark attire is mostly blue, the forearm area is red, similar to that of the DS's attire. Riku aqcuired that suit because he embraced darkness. Now suppose Riku's heart was composed of darkness alone when he had that power, would it be strange to deduce that the suit would be mostly red, like the DS's? It's a bit of a stretch, but I like thinking beyond the box. So I conclude my little theory with something for you to contemplate over: If you take water and pour it into an empty bottle, what would you have? Suppose this darkness was able to fill in this void of nothingness, what would be the result? An incarnation of Darkness... As I previously stated, criticism is welcomed. =3 | ||

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | .Oji, although I don't totally agree with your theory, it does seem more possible than most of the things I've heard. I'm a fan of your thought process, and you had the evidence to back up most of your claims. good job. |
