Relating KH to other things, and eye colors.

It's starting to remind me of X/1999. Sora being Kamui and Riku as Fuma.
If you've read or watched this movie/anime, you know what I'm talking about, so skip below...

If not, here's what I mean.

Kamui and Fuma are best friends that have intertwined lives. Based on Kamui's choices, Fuma will chose the opposite, but the end result will be the same either way.
Kamui chooses the "good" side, so it's Fuma's fate to choose the "dark" side.

It kinda works the same way with KH.

If Riku got the keyblade, would Ansem(h) have taken over Sora?
I know some of you are saying "But Sora would NEVER go to the dark side! D:"
But you forget how stupid...er...naive Sora was/is. Ansem could have convinced him with lies of peace. I mean, if Ansem could Riku on his side, who's alot smarter than Sora, the brown haired kid should have been easy, no?

If this is so, then whatever Sora does, Riku is destined to do/be the opposite in everything. Like each other's shadows, or mirror reflection.

Kairi can be Kotori. >>; (oh yea, if there is any stories, folklore, poetry, legends on the sky and the sea, please give me cause all I can find is stuff on land and sky. )

In conclusion: RIKU'S GONNA DIIIEEEEeeee

Now for the main part of this thread...
COLORS! YAAAY! :'D (This is a bit of a repeat thread with some of my own ideas added)

Primary colors:
Blue, yellow, red

What I think:
Blue = light
yellow = PURE darkness
Red = evil darkness

The difference between pure and evil? Well, as we know darkness and light are both nutral, BUT! There can be a dark side of both. Red would be the dark side of darkness. Yellow would just be pure nutral darkness. Ok moving on...

Mixing these colors you get more colors yes?

Blue + Yellow = green
Red + Yellow = orange
Red + Blue = purple
Orange + Blue = Brown
Blue + Green = turquoise

But vat! what does this have to do with KH?

Sora's eyes = blue
Kairi's eyes = blue (GODDAMNIT THEY WERE PURPLE IN THE FIRST ART BOOK BUT SADLY THAT DOESN'T COUNT. DX)
Riku = turquoise
Ansem/Xemnas/MX = orange
Xehanort = brown
New enemies = red
heartless = yellow
Axel = green

I would go one with the org members, but we don't care about them right now. Just the main charas

So, what does this mean? Go back to what I said about light and dark.
I think that th levels of light and dark are within the eyes of our beloved characters.

Sora, Terra(half), Aqua, Ven and Kairi, are full of light.
Riku, is filled with mostly light(blueX2) with some pure dark(yellow)
Ansem/MX/Xemnas, are full of pure dark and "evil"dark
Axel, is half light, half pure dark
Heartless are pure dark
The new enemies are pure evil dark
Xehanort, well, eheh. You be the judge.

MX called the DS a "demon". Something is not right with that kid so I basically think his eyes will be red.

YUp. All this text was just to guess the eye color of the DS.

yes this eyecolor thing is a thing that appears a lot in animes and games, I have noticed that too About Sora and Rikus friendship an chossing different paths thing, it's more like a cliche... Similar stories has been told many times...

Very nice about the eyes, but aren't Riku's eyes only green-ish/turquoise whatever for the beginning of KHI? 'Cause I thought his eyes were blue for a bit, too, like when he meets Sora in Traverse Town... I could be wrong, though.

Similar to how people constantly remind about how you can't always apply real world concepts to KH, you can't just apply concepts from other video games for the fact that you're reminded of them. In any case, the story is already different. Riku chose the opposite of Sora in the original KH, but he began to change in CoM, and, toward the end of KH2, he didn't "belong in the dark realm anymore". It was just a rivalry that tore them apart.

Master Xehanort's eyes are yellow, quite clearly seen in the scans (and Terra's eyes turn yellow as well).

I don't think Xehanort's eyes are brown, even though many people assume that they are. Xemnas has orange eyes, Ansem the Wise has orange eyes. And yet when their character models are used with low resolution faces, it makes the eyes look brown.

So I think Xehanort really has orange eyes, since we've only seen that low resolution face.
