As long as its not on a official KH album or one of utada's albums they can go ahead and do whatever they want. Artists should be given the right to do whatever they want and honestly its none of our business otherwise.

Nothing official, mind you (so don't quote me on this lol), but as far as the Kingdom Hearts project is concerned Jesse McCartney is a voice actor, not a singer for their soundtrack. Maybe it'll change at some point and he will, but personally I sincerely doubt it. He's Roxas' voice, and most likely Ven's voice as well (basing that solely on the fact that the two characters share an appearance), but that's most likely pretty much it. So, I wouldn't hold your breath on a McCartney/Utada collaberation.

Theme song probably will be about losing heart, or being nothing or alone.

No way, Jesse would ruin the style of the traditional KH theme songs or the songs sung by Utada Hikaru and didn't they choose Utada to sing instead of Jesse? I think Jesse wouldn't do it eithier unless he really want to. I prefer that he doesn't sing in this video game though I've heard him sing a couple of times. Then again, we'll never know will we? Anyway Utada and him wouldn't come out as a good singing duo, he'd probably just ruin it, what if he sings offkey while she's trying to sing onkey.....okay yeah, anyway, no it wouldn't work out well. I'm trying to imagine hearing their voice together and let me tell you, if Square and Disney came up with this in the game, then IT WOULD BE a definate BAD idea. So no way, Utada should just stick with all the KH series as goes unless she can't continue but yeah. Enough said.

its like Utada has an inner child that she can really express within these songs, and KH WAS originally for younger kids but even adults are playing this game so, yeah Utada alone is better!

Are you freaking insane? Jesse McCartney would totally ruin the theme song!!!! Utada is the only one I'll ever allow to sing a Kingdom Hearts theme song. This is besides the fact that Jesse McCartney already voice acts both Roxas and Ven. It might seem like a main character from the game singing with a pop star. And besides I think that Hikki does a pretty good job anyway, right?

lol, yeah i suppose. But if they do sing together, it would feel like Roxas is singing with Utada, not Jesse. Well, to me at least.

I haven't heard anything lately about Jessica, I mean Jesse, in a long time. Wonder what happened to him, lol...
