Xemnas- I agree with NazoFire, the spider-web/lightsaber combo would be good.
Axel- Most likely the combo he does when you fight alongside him, he basically just chucks his chakrams around randomly and does a mini-version of his kamikaze attack.

Yeah, except it's more like the Drive Gauge and Magic meter in one. Apparently, you fill it up and the gauge and then you unleash a move thst consumes your meter, just like a limit taking your magic.
