Heartless of Organization XIII

I think this is the right place for this, if not, please don't shoot me.

Anyhow, as I was explaining the whole Kingdom Hearts storyline to a friend the other day, I started to explain how Nobodies came to be and he questioned what happened to Heartless that came from the original people of Organization XIII.

That is for example, Axel (whatever his original name was) died and became a Heartless, which led to his Nobody who goes joins Organization XIII and becomes Axel, but what of the Heartless? Would it have been able to retain a human-like form as Xehanort's Heartless did?

I think this might be what plays in to Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. Organization XIII hunting down their own Heartless.

What do you think? Or is there something released that just nulifies the theory?

Welcome to the forums.

First off, the other Org members wouldn't have any Heartless who retained a human form. Marluxia (or maybe Vexen, I'm not sure) said in CoM that only two people retained human form after becoming a Heartless, Sora, and another who we later learned to be Xehanort's Heartless.

One thing I partly don't get it is that Sora was a Shadow heartless, not human

Yes he was a Heartless for a short time, but he became a human again, and he remained a Heartless, technically, until he merged back with Roxas in KH2.

I'll go look for that line. I have the dialogue somewhere on my comp.

Axel: He became a Heartless, Larxene — and you know what happens to people who
do.

Larxene: People who lose their hearts also lose their minds, their feelings...
They're consumed by the darkness.

Axel: Right. But that didn't happen to Sora. He held on to his feelings, even
as a Heartless. Only one other man ever managed to do that.

Sora became human after he came in contact with Kairi, but he was still Heartless cuz he lacked Roxas.

Sora had very little darkness in his heart.

Xehanort retained his human form because his darkness was strong enough to let him keep his human form.

Well, I'm going to guess on who their Heartless are:

Marluxia= The Phantom in KH1
Axel= A regular shadow
Larxene= An invisible
Lexaeus= An Invisible
Demyx= A regular shadow
Saix= A Dark Side
Zexion= A Dark Side
Xigbar= A dark ball
Xaldin= An Invisible
Luxord= A shadow
Vexen= A shadow

Er...only Xehanort retain a human-like form heartless.. I suppose other members' heartless are those regular heartlesses we seen..
