One potential reason against Aqua being #14

358/2 Days is going to be coming out well before Birth By Sleep, right?

If #14 is Aqua...

It seems odd to me that Nomura would reveal her fate before her story appears in BBS.

So even if it is meant to be Aqua, I think that her hood will be kept up, or her face will be hidden from the camera so as to leave her mysterious to players, even if Roxas gets to see what she looks like. Or at least, I don't think she will reveal much of anything about herself in Days.

Interviewer: Is the 14th Organization Member [Newly Revealed] a new character in the Kingdom Hearts Series? It appears as though the character is...a woman?
Nomura: I should bring it up now, that the XIV member is not Namine, since some people believed it to be Namine by seeing the trailer. However it will be explained as to why there's no pillar for this character, as well as why she never appeared in Kingdom Hearts 2.

He says it's not Namine. He says nothing about Aqua.

i kinda disagree with the whole "It seems odd to me that Nomura would reveal her fate before her story appears in BBS." idea because from what ive noticed he's actually really good at doing that
i mean he gave away roxas' fate before we ever find out exactally whats going on with him plus the opening of both KH1 and KH2 were really scenes from the ends of the games (KH1s was the end of KH2 and KH2s was the end of CoM) so it kinda seems perfect almost that he would give aqua's ending away

That makes sense. One problem though. In the trailer summary of 358, it says that it ends right as the XIVth is taking off her hood. So i'm guessing we're going to get to see her. But maybe if it's Aqua or some form of her, then maybe her being revealed will somehow bring more mystery to her. *shrugs* We know Nomura and his tricky mind. Who knows what he'll pull.

One, about Roxas, are you referring to the prologue of KH2? Because that didn't reveal Roxas's ultimate fate. His final fate is revealed at the end of the game; before that it wasn't absolutely clear that he would remain a part of Sora.

Two, what scene are you talking about in the opening of KH1 that has anything to do from the end of KH2?
There is no information given that tells us the end of the sequel.

Three, the opening of KH2 recapping the events of CoM is not the same thing. It's not "revealing future information" when the game comes out after the one about which information is portrayed. Nevermind that BBS is a sequel and takes place chronologically first; I'm referring to the fact that the game will not yet be out by the time Days is.

Imagine it like the end of all the Halo games - Master Chief finally takes off his helmet, but the camera pans in such a way that the player still doesn't see anything.

I think the 14th is not Aqua. She might have something to do with her, but still not the same person. I assume (and hope) it's a new character, which would be more exciting.

Believe me, someone will crush (or in other words ban) you if you continue threatening other users. I'm quite sure of that.

And that is not really just a "miniscule tidbit". It is something that could be very important for future theories regarding Aqua.
If you contradict someone's theory, then you should back it up with some proof, otherwise it is kinda useless, don't you think?

A) Threatning ppl is nicht suss, don't do it.
B) If you're making claims, u should have info to back them up. As far as I know, no one has confirmed that XIV is not Aqua
C) Lol, how would you crush him? Like go to his profile and type /crush? Or will you use psycic powers to find him then pick up a car and flatten him?
