well i'll go on and put my reasons for this
1. Aqua seems taller in the BBS trailer, compared to the 14th in the screenshot
2. The 14th in the screenshot has darker skin, therefore i think that Aqua isnt in anyway connected to the 14th
3. well i didnt hear Nomura say anything about BBS being connected to 358/2 Days so how can one say Aqua is the 14th when they r in two different time period???

And it would be too Obvious that it would be her she is either a new character or a big big suprise!
