Thanks Way to the Dawn, you get what I am saying. Whether or not it is true for Demyx (the whole Roxas thing) I am unsure of as well. Also (and this is a tad unrelated, though others have kind of touched on it) I believe that because Axel's deep bond and relationship (FRIENDS) with Roxas that he kind of developed a bit of a heart himself, which would partly explain him leaving the Org.

Axel couldn't feel those things because he didn't have a heart--Roxas could've made Axel do things that seemed strange to him, but felt normal to his personality.

And it seems a little weird that Roxas would just make himself a heart out of nowhere. Besides, Roxas wouldn't have left if he suddenly found out he had a heart and was still friends with Axel--he wanted to find out about the keyblade and Sora's memories (his past), and leaving the org was the only way to do it.

no problem .. from what i remember though.. thats not why he left .. sure that bond with roxas made him feel differently - and he might have even developed something similiar to a heart - but he left becuase after roxas was gone - HE was the one that felt hollow ... like piece of him was missing and he just wanted those feelings back (pr what he thought were feelings)

i mean you gotta understand that nobodies dont have REAL feelings .. and if axel was truely beginning to feel them - he didnt want to let them go becuase they were precious ..

so i guess youre right to an extent (though i dont think it was becuase of a heart) .. it was becuase of what that bond with roxas gave to him - and he wanted it back

what do you mean?? - they DIDNT feel normall .. thats the point

roxas wouldnt have justt given himself one .. IF he did have one - it wouldve been because of the special circumstances under which he was born

though you are right .. roxas only left because of sora - he didnt have any memories or understanding of anything because sora was a heartless for a very short period of time .. and he wanted that knowledge

Feelings and personality aren't the same thing. The org's personality's are from their previous selves i.e Demyx being goofy, and determine how they act. Although Axel didn't feel anything when he was friends with Roxas, his personality reacted to it as if he did have a heart--i.e, Axel having ice cream with Roxas ontop of the clock tower.

youre right they arent .. and i dont agree with you .. i dont think that axel's personality was really what was changing .. though if it was .. it would have been becuase he starting to think he was "feeling" things .. and yes he did feel things when he was friends with him .. your example proves it .. when they were on the clock tower axel even told roxas that he thinks he had a heart and that sometimes he thinks he feels things because of it (not like that but you get the idea) .. he just wasnt as affected by the feelings until roxas was gone and he couldnt experience them with as much "umph" behind them yah know??
