Chains are used to restrain, or keep under control....what if the reason sora has the keychains is because he is NOT a master and doesnt have any of the true control that VAT has? and the keychains are to protect him from the dangerous weapon. They are apprentices...Xenahort is a masterweilder=MASTER Xenahort, so poor sora is more l ike a kid who just picked up a sword and is just randomly swinging it....hes better in KH2 but still... Even RIKU doesnt even have a keychain (i dont think) on his keyblade not when he first got it and not now.....after seeing this video I can defiently see Sora has MUCH room for improvement.....

i guess i can agree to the chaser part though - i think that definition may have some significance to the origin/importance of the keyblade ..
