Now I've noticed that there are a lot of newbies joining this forum lately. Since this forum is thriving so well and some newbs don't know what to do when they first join, I suggest a Newb Adoption Agency. Below I will post what you do to sign up as a trainer for the newbies and what the newbies do to get a trainer. Also I'd like to thank Aragorn for helping me with the summary layout and the rules on this that I will be updating in a couple weeks, depending on how this flows like this. I am sorry for all of the changes and those trainers who have lost their trainership for a while, we're just trying to be sure we don't have any newbies training the newbies.

Requirements for Newb Trainers:

We are temporarily postponing the consideration of new trainers, please come back some other time.

Do you have at least 500 posts?
How long has it been since you first joined? *Must have 2 months at least
Usual time spent on this forum: *at least 1/2 an hour every day just to be sure you dont miss anything
Number of Newbs you think you can handle at once: *max is 4 newbs, 6 when we have a flood of them joining
Do you know the rules of the forum yourself?

How a Newb Gets Their Trainer

You must post in this thread saying that you wish to be adopted. If you know someone here well and you want them to train you, you may post someone's username and I shall PM them to let them know they've been chosen by you. If any newb has a problem with their trainer, such as they are never online when you are, I will assign you a new one. There will be a summary by you and your trainer every 2 weeks, here is the layout for you:

Did you feel that you understood what you were told?
Was your trainer there to help you?
What questions do you want answered?(leave blank if none)

A Word to the Trainers

It was drawn to my attention in the N.A.A.'s opening months that a newb trainer has caused the leaving of one member... THIS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! THIS BRINGS A NEGATIVE INFLUENCE TO THE NEWBS AND ANY OTHER MEMBER! IF I FIND ANY OTHER TRAINERS DOING THIS I WILL BAN THEM FROM TRAINER STATUS! Shugy Bear has been suspended since this is the first time this has ever happened... but i will not be so leniant the next time this happens, if it does i will ban the trainer who did it AND Shugy Bear. That will prove that Shugy has set a negative influence and will not be trusted with trainership anymore.

You must check this thread frequently if you wish to get another newbie to train. Please make friends with your newbs guys! We don't want any fighting going on between the trainers and their newbs! No trainer will be given seven or above newbies. I will allow up to six depending on the amount of time that member is on.

Ok Trainers! Looks like we've been asked to give a good howdy-doo to the new members that post a welcome! Let's make them feel wanted! Mount up!

I don't think i could handle to see any more stupidity on this site, So ill be willing to adopt a few newbies to prevent even more stupidity and cluelessness from occuring.

Im online almost all day on thursday fridays and saturdays
I can handle as many as nessisary, my limit is 10

If there is a way to prevent and avoid people from becoming n00bs, Im up to it

I Will try my best to aid the situationaly unaware newcomers of this forum.

Ill do it for free, unless someone really pisses me off, then i want compensation or ill just block them. Im a generally nice person as long as im not pissed off. Now, who wants to be guided under the great Starprincess366?

*I propse an idea, that a caretaker of a newbie must have atleast had 5 months of membership on this forum before they can adopt.*
