shugy, remember, only the dumb ones are n00bs, some NEWBS are decently intelligent.

I've got an idea, Mei, why dont you assign someone to check that link that says newest member every now and then, and send the person a pm, inviting them to come check out the thread. I was doing that few months back, most of the ones I pmed came to check it out.

no, we should only have one perso doing it. Unless you two can collaborate on it, then odds are someone may end up getting two invites, and that WILL be annoying.

I have a problem with Tsuki encouraging people to post a lot

It promotes the thought that having a high post count make's you better, and leads to spamming and useless posts in order to get premium membership >_>

It's not just Tsuki. It's pretty much half of the people who post there. And I still need to work on the welcome pm. Any other suggestions?
