| Bang! | Firstly: Double posts aren't allowed...:/ If you seriously wish to be a newb trainer, you have to follow the rules yourself. Secondly: Spam ain't allowed, silly. Which sora-the-one did. The things the both of you did exhibited poor display of your knowledge of the rules. <_< Personally, if a trainer doesn't follow the rules, and a mod is having to delete their posts or fix their stuff, then they shouldn't be a trainer. -.- A newb trainer needs full knowledge of what they're doing, how to TYPE (yes, grammar and spelling and proper english. If you don't know a english [O-o] then use a translator..). If you can't type correctly, you really shouldn't be a trainer. Thirdly: It's not just your join date nor just your post count. It's the both put together. <_< I've seen people from last summer spam more than those who joined in the past month. -.- So it's mainly your post count and date. I look at post count, for the reference, and personally am vouching for those with at least over 100 and their rep must not be red, but instead gray or green. The reason for above: is that the the trainers are reliable non-spammers who do know what they're doing. Anyways, I won't be around for the next three weeks, but I'll join in August. Just pointing these trivial things out. And like I said, I'll "sign up" in August, seeing as to how my resume would be pointless right now. :P Oh, try advrtisement in sigs, that always helps. |

| loves Quinn Fabray. | Should I or should I not?... Hm... Fine, I'll give it a go! If you do accept me, I'll take around 2 at the most. I know the rules, and am a avid poster on the forums! So yeah... I'll edit this if there's anything that I need to type, like a diagram thingy... *FOUND IT* How long has it been since you first joined?: Well, can I count the months I was on here BEFORE I moved? If so 7 or 8 months... Usual time spent on this forum: 3-4 hours, I think... Number of Newbs you think you can handle at once: 2 Do you know the rules of the forum yourself?: Yessiree! Misc. Info: I'll show them around and teach them the ropes! Make sure they know the rules, and most importantly HAVE FUN! I have 287 posts, and post and average 2.61 posts a day. Anywho, might I suggest something? New members really havn't been coming to this thread often. Maybe whenever they make a 'Hi I'm new' thread post in it to let them know, and give them a link. Or P.M. them! Also when it says 'Newest member of the day' on the main page, P.M. that person, and let him/her know. Oh yeah, starprincess! If you look on the first post you'll see your name on a 'accepted list'. Last edited by Raz; July 10th, 2005 at 01:56 AM. |

| Bang! | I repeat, over 100. Also, the people picking should look into their posts. Seriously, just because they sound chipper and their typing looks cool, does it mean that they should be a trainer? Twilight Demon: the easiest way for this to work is if you are strict on who is teaching. Right now, we have more than enough teachers, yet some...some are newbs, regardless of what they say. Their post should -definitely- be over 100, their posts shouldn't be spam and rather good posts, and that their join date shouldn't be recent...this month is recent. Personally, I'm saying two months. :/ If they have joined after May 9th (today's July 9th), then they shouldn't be a trainer. I suggest you look into all this. Which means that by pure opinion kingdom_key69 shouldn't be a trainer. :/ I also suggest that sora-the-one shouldn't be a trainer. Yes, I sound harsh, but this also limits how many people are training and then how many just want to feel bigger and better than other people. (Not that I'm saying you two want to do that, but some may). Anyways, just adding in more suggestions, I might join later if you need it. |

| Monkeybutt INC | Agreed. There is no point in having an adoption agency, when the trainers just arn't qualified to be trainers. |

| Bang! | -.- Your join date: June 3rd of this year, crossed. Your join date, heartwarrior: July 1st of this year. Again, its not my decision, but I -highly- suggest you read other people's posts. So far its me and monkey vouching for your join date to be at least over two months ago (though monkey thinks 4). :P Again, a good newb trainer READS other posts. <_< I actually read all four pages in here before posting something yesterday. Yet again, not my decision..but I suggest you actually LOOK at mine and monkey's posts. |
