Justme3(I won't give you that many! haha), BlondeHairedKid(Same as with Justme3, No f-in way! lol), heartlesshunter, Deidara(don't be too uptight when you're training them though), and Marluxia Diablos are all ACCEPTED!

Actually Marluxia Diablos people count on it because the heartless rank is shown to be newb thing. Because the more you post on the formums the higher your rank goes right. If thats the case then heartless is the beginning stage,gummi ship builder is beyond that. As beginning you mean new as in new you mean newb(never knew what the b at the end had to do). But I also judje by how long they've been on here. If your at least been registered for 1 month then to me its okay.

Yes well, that's to you, everyone who has posted I know have had some good experience with forums in general, making them, honorary trainers, I may look like sort of a newb myself, thought if it weren't for the reset I'd be a premium member. I've been here since May of 2004. The rank doesn't matter too much to me, just the way you work around the forums and with other people is what I watch out for.

well quite frankly i am a good worker. but we should have those before Mar. of 05 helping others. this is so we have good expereinced trainers and so the newbs don't get lost or forget about what's going on, or think this is all just a big game. and those that are being put up to the task of trainer should become instant premium members for being such good sports, and for helping the forums.

and for the people that are becoming trainers should be mature and do what needs to be done.

and yet still how are we to get the newbs to sign up for adoption.

And TD you should have weekly report from the newbs and trainees on what became of that week.

ex.(trainer): what information was put through to the newb?
did they have any problems understanding the information?(ect.)
what questions do you want answered?(leave blank if none.)

ex.(trainee): did you feel that you understood what you were told?
Was your trainer there to help you?
what questions do you want answered?(leave blank if none.)

think about it.

haha no deidara, you just need to teach em stuff, they already know the trick speak so that will help you out. lol.

Aragorn, you've been thinking a lot about this haven't you? I have put in the info on the weekly summary, I will PM each trainer/trainee every week, and if I were a mod/admin I would make the trainers premium. The March of 05 might actually work. I'm not sure... Most likely yes, we'll keep it like this for a few weeks, and depending on whether or not it works like this I'll decide to change it or not.
