If you go to someone's profile/homepage, under the list of comments (if there are any) you'll see "Add a Comment." Click that, write your comment, and you should be fine ^.^

You go onto their homepage/profile and go through and ask if you can join their network, you'll see it next time you check it, you'll see that someone would like to join your network. You decided if they can, if you let them they will get a PM saying you approved their request to join. But the thing is, I haven't been able to get onto mine for sometime now.

GM_C, it is fan art, trust me. When's the last time you saw official Cloud are looking like that? And it doesn't matter if an admin says something or not. Mei, you'll have to take it down if you don't have permission to use it.

CME, I already addressed trhe subject of the trainer sig like FIVE pages ago. ><
I told you, the art and sig were drawn/created for NAA.
