Customize Profile Help

I'm in the middle of changing my profile scheme, and so I want to change my block borders. The border color works fine, then the background color I want to change. I do and click preview but nothing changes I click several other colors and even click save and it stays the same as it was before. What's wrong?

EDIT: I played with the controls for a while and I got it to work. /closed
