AO, you must have some awesome memory. I don't even remember the subject of Xatsuin's love life. xD I was pretty much about to post almost exactly what you quoted me posting oh so long ago.

But I'm not gonna lie. Jixah does eventually want to love Daxic, and for him to love her. But that's just self delusion. Remnants of her desire to be loved when she was a human. God her life sucks. xD

gots a question.

would organization xiii gather intel on the exiled's new recruits? Like would marluxia know who charxai is?

because i'm assuming mastermind is correct in saying it would be at least a few months before organization XIII attacks.

Unless Org XIII are ridiculously arrogant, I don't think they'd take something as an organization with 30 members whose lements far surpass their own lightly. >>;

On a completely unrelated note, The local bookstore's finally selling KH1, CoM and 2 mangas

Now, concerning the aspects of Love, emotions in general and Nobodies. There's a little philosophy that can possibly stand for that. It's a subject constantly mentioned in my favorite manga.

"There are two kinds of memories. The memories of the Heart and the Memories of the body. Even if the Memories of the Heart are lost, the body still remembers."

I swear, sometimes I think CLAMP must've been KH fans to come up with Tsubasa Chronicles.Anyway, It's an interesting thought, considering that it isn't just love that Nobodies should be prohibited to, but anger and emotions in general.

Despite that, many of our characters are often moved by a certain emotion. Zaverxi being an example. I'll admit Nobodies falling in love is getting really cheesy. (We already have one couple in the Exiled, thank you very much) But to be fair to the members who want to create relationships (I'll admit, at some point Zhymarx and Xalatine were also going to be a couple, before the startling revelation anyway) We have to establish some sort of rule when it comes to emotions.

Although I think that those with perfectly reasonable stories are acceptable (such as Nobody Experimentation, secretly posessing a heart, etc.) We should still set some grounds on it, to prevent too many parallelisms between our characters.

AP ur right about the body remembering i mean look at xenmas he remembered negative emotions. so nobodies could have emotion, a certain emotion but too many with the same emotion gets boring. don't want the exiled to become hippies.... hmmm a hippie nobody interesting concept. Also love tsubasa still can't find volume13

A nobody can want to love and even go as far as getting into a meaningless relationship to fill that void. However, at the end of the day they'll ask themselves why. "Why am I doing this?" "Why even try?"

This brings up another point, why do we fight? Why do we want to take down Org XIII? Why do we want to rescue Xana? In truth, the only person that cares about Xana is Jynx and that's only because he's the only one capable of doing so. Everybody else is just lending a hand for something they don't/can't care about.

It's impossible for one to not have any emotions though when you really think about it. Without them, you have no personality.

Not having emotions and copying emotions are totally different things. I'm guessing you don't know what a sociopath is, then? Because I consider nobodies to be awful close to sociopaths. Because a sociopath has no conscience or sense of morals, he/she makes artificial ones based off of those around them. In the case of a nobody, it's based off their former self.
So if they had a sense of justice in their former life, they will attempt to have one as a nobody, and therefor help those who need it. Daxic's 100% sociopath, though.

And I think there seems to be some confusion as to why the fight with Org. XIII is happening. The Exiled are fighting out of self defense, and this is the case pretty much through the whole story, because they are being attacked without warning or remorse. Xemnas told Daxic to make sure the Exiled stay small enough not to be a threat, but of course Daxic waits until they are large enough a group to take on the Organization, and then contacts Xemnas. It just goes downhill from there.

So basically, as i understand it, Daxic's a double agent. He alerts xemnas too late, then the organization goes to attack.

right?

Finally got off my butt and wrote the storyline for two of my favorite members of the Exiled. Its just a summary though and I'll probably write the actual thing when I organize the thoughts a bit more. Also feel free to revise it with concerns to certain events that should or shouldn't be happening.

First up is Myromex/X. And you're gonna get a kick out of his origin story.

The name of Myromex is shared by four bodies. These four bodies, through the power of Myromex’s element Memory, are able to experience what the other bodies also experience. In a sense, the being known as Myromex is a bit of a hive-mind. Myromex created four bodies for himself in order to accommodate the many memories he copies from other people using his element. Although each member thinks alike and has the same intentions (with the exception of Tehrex) each also has slight variations in their personalities due to the different memories each possesses. And while the intentions are similar, the means of carrying this out vary with their personalities.

The First Myromex
Also known as Enox between the four; (an anagram of one with an X) he is the original Myromex. He is able to discern his identity as the original in that only he truly knows the origin of his former self. As of late, Enox has yet to reveal himself to the Exiled Order, and though Tehrex speaks of him, because he has severed his link with the other four, he is no longer able to tell Enox’s current whereabouts. Enox, though he has constantly revealed himself to his other three bodies, does not appear to have any distinct personality trait that is different from the four. Xowt however does acknowledge that Enox, despite being the original, does not possess the strongest powers between the four.

The Second Myromex
He is also known as Xowt between the four bodies; though he complains that his name doesn’t sound as cool as the other three. He is also noted as being the first Myromex to die. He was defeated by Sora and Selvix centuries ago when he attempted to trick Darthex into destroying the world so that he could reshape it in his own likeness. He is described as being the more outspoken Myromex, and displays a level of arrogance and egocentricity that is slightly higher than that of Enox and Xofur. His specialty was close combat, and he is known especially for possessing the memories of three Organization Members commissioned at Castle Oblivion, the three being Lexaeus, Larxene and Axel.

The Third Myromex
He is known as Tehrex between the three and better known as X when he joined the Exiled Order. Tehrex, due to several reasons possesses a personality widely different from that of the other three Myromexes. When tasked to gather memories he could use for himself, Tehrex desired that the memories he would possess would be unique in comparison to those the other three had. In this, his want for independence gradually developed. Tehrex gathered memories from people whose philosophies and views of the world he found ‘interesting’ gradually, his collection of memories began to subtly affect him, as he began distancing himself from the group in search of enlightenment, specifically the truth about the existence of Nobodies. This change in personality distressed the other bodies, thinking that Tehrex would become useless and eventually treacherous to them and their plots, the three bodies threatened to kill him unless he removes these foolish memories and replaces them for ones that would remind him what their real intentions are.
Tehrex unwillingly agreed, but secretly found a way to block his memories from being viewed by his counterparts; until finally he was able to find a way to sever his connection with the other Myromexes and destroy Enox’s original memory and influence. With a new persona, Tehrex required a new Identity, as well as protection from the wrath of his other selves. With this, he joined the Exiled Order, under the guise of X. He provided invaluable services to the Order in exchange for their protection, though never actually revealing his need to be protected. Because of this, X was often viewed as a generic member who would do just about anything for the other members. X however did not mind how remedial the task was, as long as he was safe and able to indulge in his wishes.
Eventually though, his past caught up to him and he was held captive by his other self, Xofur. Rather than killing him, Xofur disguised himself as X and took part in undermining the Organization until soon Daxic’s plot would come into view and he would destroy the Organization in Xofur’s stead. Shortly after Xofur’s death, Tehrex was found and was returned to the Order. Discovering the many casualties that were brought about by his carelessness, Tehrex opted to become more vigilant and unexpectedly took on the offensive himself. Dawning a completely different Identity (with a new face and body) and a slightly different personality, X becomes one of the Order’s crucial members, serving primarily as an investigator for the group.
Despite collecting mostly memories from knowledge seekers and the enlightened, X also has a fair few memories that he uses for battling. Particularly, X possesses the memories to wield the weapons and elements of Marluxia, Zexion and Vexen, members of Organization XIII. In the Organization he can be considered as a dependable acquaintance, as he is never close with anyone in particular. Much later in the story, he develops a close friendship with the second Zhymarx, mostly due to their similar origins, interests and intentions to protect the Order after their previous forms couldn’t.
X’s so-called true form (a form that identifies him as X and not as Myromex) is that of a young boy of about 15 or 16 years of age with unusually effeminate gestures. Why he chose this form is not certain, however, he does find a sort of fun in acting more mature and knowledgeable in comparison to the ‘older’ members.

The Fourth Myromex
Known as Xofur and one of the primary antagonists of the Exiled. Though Daxic had always orchestrated a plan to destroy the Order himself form the inside, Xofur also had a similar plot, although for this, his singular pawn was a reconstituted Darthex. Xofur assumed the Identity of X after capturing the original X, known to him as Tehrex. Under this Identity he managed to corrupt and undermine most of the Exiled’s members, with the influences and assistance of both Daxic and Darthex. Despite his ploy to destroy the Exiled though, Xofur had only managed to produce a single casualty. In an all-out battle between allies and traitors, Xofur confronted one of the allies, Xalatine, and erased her memory completely, rendering her in a permanent coma. This enraged Zhymarx and soon he dueled Xofur as well. In an attempt to use the same technique he used to destroy Xalatine’s memories, Xofur instead found himself draining the memories of the god-like Nobody Rextanse by a quick trap set by Zhymarx. Unable to fathom the Nobodies infinite knowledge, Xofur’s mind collapses as he literally falls to pieces.
Xofur is distinct from the four Myromexes as being the most powerful, though he is only slightly conniving as Enox. He has the memories of all 13 Organization XIII members, although he comments that he doesn’t prefer using the memories of Roxas and Larxene as he hates women and children.

So yeah, this isn't the actual origin of Myromex, but the origin of the Myromex who joined the Exiled with good intentions.

And what's this? There's another Zhymarx? True the second Zhymarx is a woman but there's a reason as to why she's the second Zhymarx and not simply Zhymarx with boobies.

And cue the comic relief:
Drb: Hey! Zhymarx with Boobies!
*wallops Drb on the head
Zwb: For the last time, Drbanxon, just call me Zhymarx!

lol

and now, the secret truth about Zhymarx.

The Origin of Zhymarx
The Nobody known as Zhymarx appears to be male, but in truth the remnants of the heart that once was is that of a woman.
Centuries ago, prior to the events of Kingdom Hearts, there lived two scientists in Radiant Garden. They were among the many minor assistants to Ansem the Wise and were exposed to his temporary research on the Heart. The two Scientists, a man and a woman, were madly in love with each other.
However, during the infamous Heartless attack on Radiant Garden, the man, Yzmahr had been killed by a Heartless, in an attempt to protect his beloved. While she escaped with the other refugees to Traverse town, she was still devastated by her loss.
In Traverse Town, she had gained a new calling. It was known in the real Ansem’s reports that death by a Heartless is not truly death, and that the Heart is simply lost from the body. The woman’s only wish now was to find a way to restore the Yzmahr’s heart to his body. But in order to do that, the woman still required even more research into the truth of the Hearts.
Soon, she had discovered the existence of Nobodies; beings that came into existence as the Body and soul using remnants of a Heart that once was. With this, the woman began a mad search for the possible places Yzmahr’s Nobody could have appeared. She scoured the countless worlds herself, but could not find him in the end. She soon realized that only a strong heart could prodice a Nobody. Could her beloved have been truly too weak-willed to produce a Nobody? At first, she could not believe this, and so continued her desperate quest.
Eventually, her doubts were made real. It must be true that Yzmahr’s body was truly lost to the darkness and had no chance of returning to her. With this, she decided that she would attempt to create his Nobody herself.
Yzmahr’s beloved managed to create a machine, that when exposed to a Heart’s memories, is able to generate a realization of those remnants. The woman thought long and hard, and tried to remember everything she could about her beloved. The machine was a success. It had produced a person of Yzmahr’s likeness, or so it seemed.
In truth, this man was nothing more than a memory. All he cared for was the woman that created him, and had a perpetual smile on his face, as she had remembered Yzmahr to have. But no matter how much he looked like him, how much he loved her, this man was not Yzmahr.
Realizing that there was no way to bring her true love back, the woman’s body began to fail her. Despite all the copy had done for her, caring for her and loving her in the same way that Yzmahr did, this was not enough to save her. In the end, though she was close to death, the woman still loved only one man, and still wanted, despite all the doubts, too see him again. The copy realized, too that he would never receive the love of this woman, but despite that, he still loved her, and so his wish was to realize hers. The copy devised a way to save her from death. By allowing a Heartless to take her Heart, she would not die truly, and he was certain that her desire to see her beloved again would surely turn her into a Nobody. However, a rather interesting thing occurs. The remnants of the heart, as well as the body itself, rather than fading away into the darkness, slowly drew itself to the Yzmahr copy. It was then evident, that because he too was made of remnants of her heart, he was in fact this woman’s Nobody.
With her memories now with him, the being renames himself Zhymarx, drawing inspiration from other Nobodies the woman came into contact with. Zhymarx’s intention was this. Science had failed her in her attempts to be reunited with the person most important to her. Therefore, Zhymarx turned his back on Science, and began to study Sorcery. Zhymarx’s intention is to travel back in time, in hopes of saving Yzmahr from his fate, and allowing the two to live happily ever after, even if that would mean sacrificing his/her own existence.
With this goal in mind, Zhymarx joins the Exiled, with the intention of becoming close to a Nobody who controlled time, Xana. With her help, surely his/her dream would be realized.
As Zhymarx, the Nobody carries the memories and intentions of his true self, the woman who Yzmahr once loved. He/she has resigned herself to being a part of her, and his/her only wish is hers as well. Because of Zhymarx’s original personality being that of a perpetually sweet and happy individual, and with the addition of the woman’s own traits, Zhymarx develops a bipolarity of sorts. Often, his good-natured side is shown, but at times when he/she comes close to obtaining his/her goals, his/her personality changes to that of a serious and distressed person, and his/her smile is described as being very sad.
Despite having ambitions of his/her own, Zhymarx remains loyal to the Order, and offers any services he/she can, so long as they do not interfere with his/her own plans. However, this is easier said than done, as Zhymarx is almost always engrossed in his/her quest to alter the time stream.
While in the Order, an interesting thing occurs. Zhymarx begins to act as his own being, and soon befriends a Nobody named Xalatine, who he recruits into the Order. This decision was entirely that of Zhymarx’s male identity, and not that of the female person inside him. The female Zhymarx soon realizes that her male counterpart is developing an identity of his own, one that should not be in accordance to what she created him for. This could have arisen from his realization that the female Zhymarx could never love him. Whatever it was, the female Zhymarx confronts him about this. He assures her that whatever happens to him personally, he will still help her to realize her dream.
And soon, a disaster strikes as the traitors of the Order battle the allies. In the battle, one of the traitors, Myromex, manages to drain Xalatine of all her memories, rendering her in a coma. The male Zhymarx is devastated by this, and becomes enraged towards Myromex. He duels the Nobody, and ends up destroying him as he attempts to erase hos own memories, but instead comes into contact with Rextanse and soom collapses from an overload of memories. For the first time, the male Zhymarx is able to experience a real tragedy himself. But rather than pursuing an ambition to somehow revive Xalatine, Zhymarx accepts her fate as unchangeable. This confuses the female Zhymarx. Surely her own will is his, yet he chooses a path that is different from the one she herself chose.
After that incident, Zhymarx retains his carefree and cheerful personality, and the female Zhymarx accepts this as the effects of being a Nobody. That the male Zhymarx cannot fully comprehend what it means to love like she does.
However, she is proven wrong when Zhymarx later sacrifices his own life to save Xana. In truth, Zhymarx was always devastated by Xalatine’s loss and even his this sadness from his own other self. Because of it, Zhymarx wanted very much to take his own life at that time, for he somehow knew that by doing that he would surely go where Xalatine’s memories were. He was actually waiting for an important time when his services would be needed the most and when he would be able to sacrifice his life as an acceptable excuse to be reunited with Xalatine wherever her memories were. But he also did not forget about his promise to the female Zhymarx, and was also waiting for the time that he would be able to become powerful enough to create a new body for her memories to inhabit. When he sacrificed his power and very existence to save Xana from a critical wound, he had also managed to create a second body, and there he sent the soul of the female Zhymarx. It is in this that the second Zhymarx emerges. With that, the male Zhymarx apologizes that he could not really help her in the end, and hopes that by giving her her own body, she will realize her own dream as he had done for himself.
The female Zhymarx though did not hate him for his selfish wish. She was actually happy that he found for himself a path separate from hers, and that he was able to choose for himself and realize his own wishes. With that, the second Zhymarx finally admits that her ambition is a hopeless endeavor. She now commits herself completely to the Order. Along the way, she begins to befriend the original X, who shares many traits with her, and there is a budding relationship between the two.

How ironic. Its so emotional.

Also I vote that X and Zhymarx become the new comic relief duo of the Exiled so Drb can be badass.
