Ok everyone the time has come for the Ruxel flashback viewing. I am going to releast them one at a time, just for suspense.
Note: These will not make sense to you at all (about his character) if you dont know about Ruxel already.
So without further a do..............Flashback 1!


Hate. One of the worst words you can think of. It's enough to say you dislike someone, but to hate someone is much worse. You need to feel pure anger toward someone to hate them. Even then, hate still might not be the correct word to use. But hate is what I felt toward Hiroshi Corina.

Hiroshi was no cliche bully. He beat me up left and right up until the day of the attack. When the bad guys came, I was fighting to protect myself and my father. What did he fight for? He fought to impress. He wanted to be the hero of the town. He wanted everyone to look up to him as strongest in all the land. During the attack, I fought throughout the town, chasing enemies around. Soon enough, I ended up right next to Hiroshi, fighting just like he was. Out of nowhere, he lifted his leg and kicked my back. I flew forward into a pile of heartless, and he ran off.

I managed to kill that pile of heartless, but it was a struggle. The bastard tried to kill me! I was on his side this time but he still tried to kill me! The attack waged on and I kept fighting. Eventually, I saw Hiroshi again. He saw me from a distance and took off running. I followed pursuit. I was going to kill him if it was the last thing I did before I died.....

The idea of hate was eminent now. The war was over now, my father was dead. I had to go find his killer. I hated everone and everything now. Hiroshi and whoever attacked the town. I had to use any resource I had to get to the bottom of the attack. I also needed to find Hiroshi. My mind was spinning with two conflicting ideas of hate. What do I do now? All I could manage to do was walk.

That's good. Now that I think about it, though, individual character development is gonna be really hard if we do the doujinshi(not for the written version of the story, though), so I don't know how much of this we would be able to include in it.

Chapter Twenty-One –Pfetsuls

Yoxhus went back up the cliff, back to his master. As he reported his success, Atrox Ereptor grinned widely at the thought of Banxon’s best friend dead at the latter’s feet.
“Oh, but there’s more, sir.” Yoxhus handed Delacroix’s sword over to his master. “I managed to take this from the dead one.”
“Great,” Said Atrox happily, “I love souvenirs,” Atrox fondled the thing but decided to give it back to Yoxhus, to Yoxhus’ surprise. “Keep it.”
Yoxhus stowed the sword away and thanked his master greedily. Xregel and Gavexel glowered at Yox. Atrox continued to talk to Yox, the favorite of his parters.
“Sir, after I killed that man, I felt so good. Like, I had this urge to kill more and more people. I wanted to finish Banxon, but I figured you wanted to do it yourself.”
“You know,” Atrox replied, “A great, wise man once told me, ‘To the mind of a killer, the first execution leaves a lust for blood that no one murder can quench.’ And I’ll tell you, it’s very true.” They talked as they traveled, and soon were only a day away from Wüst Unterbrigen.

* * * * * * * * *

But while the others got to Unterbrigen, DrBanxon was still stuck at the bottom of the tallest cliff in all of Magnus Ol’ Jugus. Alone.
He sat next to Delacroix’s lifeless body, fearing for his own life. What was he to do in a situation like this? He couldn’t use his magic to levitate to the top, he didn’t have the power to keep the spell up for that long. Most of his power had been drained after the fall… He couldn’t climb and he knew that Frigus Occumbo had two waterfalls, one to the north and the other to the south, both which fell into extremely deep waters filled with horrible monsters. To the west was the cliff and to the east was another cliff. He was trapped.
And alone.
He decided to go north, thinking of a plan for getting across the Haudus Mare, a large lake infamous for its pfetsuls, a species of small dragons with gills. The fully-grown pfetsuls were almost invisible in the dark blue waters of Haudus and when a pfetsul wanted you for its meal, it made sure it got you.
Once he crossed the lack, he would be near Wüst Unterbrigen, but only after a short detour in Vox Locus on the way.
The ex-Lord walked on for what seemed like hours, leaving Delacroix’s body behind. He would have buried Croix, but he couldn’t bear looking at the fallen friend any longer. When he got to the Haudus Mare, what he saw took him aback. The navy waters stretched out for as far as his eyes could see. Every once in a while a pfetsul leaped out of the water to catch a low-flying bird or shallow-swimming fish.
His plan was to freeze the water (or a few inches of the top, at least) and walk over the ice. He’d have to run, though, for his spell wouldn’t last as long as he’d like it to.
He stuck the tip of his want under the water and yelled “Freveilec!”
The top of the water suddenly trembled and soon ice spread across the cold blue sea. Banxon broke his wand out of the ice and saw that it extended for about a foot. Just barely thick enough to walk across. He looked through the ice every few minutes to check for any deadly dragons that he knew would attack him if it saw him. And no amount of ice could stop a pfetsul.
At one point a dragon did break through the ice but it did not see Banxon as it fell back into the lake.
Nearing the end of the lake, Banxon noticed the ice thinning. He broke into a run and only a few yards from the lakebed, the ice completely melted, dropping Banxon into the lake. He swam for his life as a pfetsul whirled toward him at least five-times faster, its teeth barred. Banxon scrambled onto the rocky beach just as the pfetsul got his foot.
The dragon’s mouth closed over Banxon boot and started to dig into his leg. Screaming in pain, he pointed his wand at the thing and tried throwing spells at him. But he found it hard to say any incantations or think about them in such pain.
So he started hitting the dragon on the head with his face, but it was too late.
The fiend had completely removed his left foot from his leg and waddled back into the lake, satisfied. DrBanxon yelled louder than ever, conjuring a large cloth to cover the stub of his leg with to compress the blood. Once tied tightly, he laid on the floor in pain, defeated, miserable. Alone.

Chapter 21
- Who was the “great, wise” man that Atrox quoted?

- What is the secret of Haudus Mare?
- How does Atrox know it?

Aw man, this is real close to the end. A few more chapters, a break, and then:

Ok people are you ready? Here is Ruxel's second flashback


........The dense jungle was my next stop. Would I find my father's killer that's at the town beyond this jungle? I took my first step in. I jumped back thinking something or someone would pop out at me, but nothing did. It was just an ordinary jungle. I started walking through it. I kept looking all around me like some paranoid freak thinking there was someone following me. Truth was, I was just scared "something" would come out and attack me. But there were no mystical creatures or fantastic beings in the jungle. Just plants, bugs, trees, and a few lions and snakes, but they all avoided me. They didn't know it either, but I was trying to avoid them as well.
Chip's voice ran through my head again, "Beyond the jungle there lay a town, there is a man dressed in brown. He knows the answer to your father's demise, but be very careful, YOU must be wise. He doesn't talk to people for kicks, so you better avoid his magic tricks. You'll get your answer once his demands are met, but dont threaten him, or you'll wind up in a net." Who was this guy Chip was talking about? This guy knew the answer, I was sure of it.

I could hear my swords klinking against eachother on my back. It was the only noise I heard now. The jungle was quiet, too quiet. Then out of nowhere, I heard rustling behind me. The rustling turned into stombing, and it was getting louder and louder. I ran. I ran as fast as I could away from the sound. It was getting louder and louder, and as I turned around too see if anything was there, I tripped over a tree root and tumbled down a hill. I just kept rollin and rolling until there was no more hill to roll down. I lay face up on the ground. I saw someone look over me. Before I could move or say anything, I blacked out.
