Why Hay Thar. Welcome, Concealment huh? That is an rather interesting element. Intersting that it can probably evade any arguments concerning it. ^^ j/k...

Well, I don't know much about the numbering, but I do believe whatever the number, your character's gonna have to go under Exiled 2, the second story, since we have already predetermined the set of characters pertaining to the 1st story.

Is there already a character that can turn off special abilities and transformations? If there isn't, then he'll be my first villain.

A hookshot? Would that be used like Scorpion, with his "GET OVER HERE!" move? I can't see it being used any actual offensive attacks...

But it's not a reversal, it's a complete shutdown of ANY special ability or element. I wanted to call it "void", but that element is already used, but for a different purpose. I already had his name too. Dovix. Think of that mutant from the third X-men movie, the "cure."

Well as far as offensive thats what the concealed weapons are for. (think throwing stars and the like)
the hookshot is more for the removal of enemy weapons and the choke if i get behind the person.

sounds like a very good opponent for Jynx seeing as he feeds of emotion and when they get too out of control he goes into a Drive.
