each of my sandwiches have a unique story behind them. let me tell you about the bucky special. when my son was 13, he was playing football, and his nickname on the football team was bucky. now bucky was a very picky eater. liked very very few things. one day he came up to me and said dad i want a sandwich. and i said okay what would you like on it.
and he said turkey, ham, roastbeef.... capicola, salami, and i also want bacon on it. and i said sure, and i made him this sandwich, didnt think there was any way this picky eater was going to eat it.
he loved it.
