Personally, I'm not big on facial hair at all. Sure, shaving can be a pain in the ass, but I'd rather to that than have a beard. Though, I will admit that it does work out with some people. For instance, my History teacher had this nice beard going, but he shaved it for some reason and it doesn't look right at all, especially since he left the mustache, which looks so out of place without the rest :/

lol, that would be funny to see. The rarities I see of guys that look good with beards, goatees, etc. Some look like nice. Some don't. ^^
