If Kairi dies I think Sora would be broken hearted but he probably wouldn't kill himself to be with her because he has a strong heart.

If Kairi died Sora would be crying his eyes out, making a huge scene etc. He'd probably make Riku travel with him to find a way to either bring Kairi back or avenge her death. When he realizes that he can't... he'll cry some more.
