Ansem SoD. Xemnas sits on his lazy ass all day and gets his pals to do the hard work for him and wants to reap the rewards while being miserly about it all. Ansem SoD actually does shit. Plus, Xemnas, game-mechanically speaking, is just a carbon copy of Ansem SoD. So, yeah.

Well xemnas controls a giant dragon which is gianter then the heartless ship. And xemnas can still use laser attack on XD even though xd has a giant laser ball attack, xemnas can go underneath the ship where the gravity only pulls him into the ship. But xemnas will be in the dragon. I just say xemnas.
