Your thread was closed for a reason.

There's no evidence that shows that Vaan likes Fran. Small hints like "omg i saw him look at her in a weird way" prove nothing. If Vaan liked her, Square would have actually covered the issue, which they don't.

So I started playing again, and I'm kind of stuck on the elder wyrm. My entire party is around level 23, including Larsa and they all have quickenings, err, excluding larsa. The status effects really get to me. I got gambits set to heal it, but its never enough, even after lowering his hp with quickening chains.

Tiamat was a breeze, but how can this dragon whose only a few levels above him be any harder?

^Oh man, I don't even want to remember that boss. I beat him out of pure luck. I suggest you level up some more, get Esuna, Raise, and any other type of healing magic... also, make sure you have items that can cure Confuse, Slow, Silence, Blind, Poison, Oil, and Sap.

Get haste from the moogle shop at Eruyt. And cast protect on everyone.

Cast Decoy, Shell and Protect on Main attacker.
USE LONG RANGED WEAPONS. Bring one swordsman (preferrably katana)
Or use anyone who has the dagger which has the added aero effect.



SPAM aero at him.

And i say if you still can't beat him. Upgrade your augments and weaponry and armor. (light armor > heavy armor)

DO NOT use belias. He's useless.









Elder wyrm was so easy when i fought him. And i was the same level as you.

I left on fighting Cid on the first encounter and he runs way. And since then I haven't touched the game in a month. It's the only game i'm playing on the PS3, sad.

getting gil and defeating my enimies, i'm at the part were the mountains are all snowy and the weapons i have are weak and useless to defeat the monster that are at this part

Do you sell your loot? 0.0; It's really important to do that, since without it you won't really have any money to buy anything. ^^; In fact... I think that that's the only use that loot has. o_O;
