Activate the fragment skills that up the sale price of items, cause stronger monsters to appear and to appear more often. Then head to the Bresha Ruins -100- AF and head to Chocolina (she's near the area where you fought Atlas). Face her, with your back to the Atlas battle area, turn to your left and run around in circles. A distortion will appear that, after you attack it, drops you into a battle with a Tonberry. Win and most of the time you'll receive a piece of Scarlita (sp?) that sells for 18,400+. I'd recommend being at least level 60 and 40~ish for your monsters, higher is always better though.

Also, if you manage to capture the Tonberry, you get an trophy/achievement. I think it's called monster wrangler.

Is it possible that none of the endings seen in Final Fantasy XIII2 so far aren't true endings? Maybe the cause of it was a lost scenario/time Serah/Noel wasn't able to travel to until Square releases possible said scenario on DLC?

Currently at 120 fragments, I still don't understand why the chocobos @ Steppe won't show themselves :( Any help guys?

Only thing I could find so far is starting the sidequest for the Long Gui fragment. Says there you accept the side quest from Tipur and you can hire a chocobo from there.
