Yeah it wouldn't be the most unique thing because even Kain is going Light powered for his Ex-Mode I don't think we need anymore characters besides that.

It wouldn't be all that weird. Kefka and Sephiroth (well, in the original game at least) had a similar eerie holylike vibe to them in their final boss fights. Kefka even retains the look. What they could do is make it the Ex-Mode for one of his alternate skins with the same abilities as regular.

It's sounds like he very well may be, regardless, since his actor confirmed a non-specific Final Fantasy title in the works.
I certainly don't dislike him, but I was hoping for a different character (Balthier -- Fran, if I really wanted to reach for the stars). Basch would've made about as much sense, especially if we're pitting them against Gabranth. But if it's between the two of them, I'm happier with Vaan, even if I'm probably alone on this.

I personally would love to see Baltheir in a Dissidia title. It seems as if all fighters in these games are just sword wielders. I want to see a gunslinger and see how that works gameplay wise.
