...It's not Ram. It's everything from the CPU/GPU to the graphics card. I'm not going to upgrade my laptop and or create a pc costing anywhere from 150-300 dollars just to play FFXIV. I'm going to have to wait for the PS3 version.

Lol, I'm not going to say what my score was on this PC, it was way lower than yours though, XD.

I hope I have the money together by then, but If not I'll still get the CE and just wait.

FINAL FANTASY XIV Official Benchmark It's a 178 mb download, and you might get an error. If you do, you need to upgrade your DirectX.

Other than that, you want a score close to 1000 to be able to play the game on its low setting.

Although it was to be expected I'm very disappointed with how far apart the PC and PS3 releases are. It's no problem for me but a few friends of mine won't be able to join me for the first few months and that's a real shame, plus if prices inflate at the rate they did in the first couple of years of FF11 those months could really make a difference.

Oh well, still looking forward to it.

Gonna have to wait for the PS3 version. Would get the CE but I don't plan on getting a new computer or upgrading my current one for a while, since it will cost a lot of money.
