Well all players in the tournament would have to use a maxed out character
and you are going to need
-a ps3 (download adhoc party off the playstation store)
-a psp and copy of dissidia (Obviously)
-decent internet connection (lag is bad -_-)
any more info needed?
also I would absolutely love it if someone could help me set the tournament up thanks!

I don't know for the first one but you probably can and for the latter go on your PS3 go onto psn then look up ADHOC party and download it.
