So I'm guessing the second theme will be the battle theme? Funny it doesn't exactly sound like a regular battle theme, but then neither did Blinded By Light. I gotta admit, so far I'm not too blown away by the ost. Hopefully we get more songs that sounds like stuff from T3B.

No it probably isn't the battle theme. We've only heard two tracks so far. Not enough to judge the OST so far IMO.

Considering the source of the soundtrack and the fact she has access to an orchestra (I think?) for this game.... I think the soundtrack will be glorious! Let's just hope she doesn't burn out before she can get to KH3!

I've gotten renewed excitement for this after watching a subbed version of the new HD trailer.

Something that got me thinking was the final line, "The figure that still lies asleep in the Fantasy." I like it because it gives a sense that other people (the general populace, those who can't see the light of Etro) might not think the stuff is real (being a 'Fantasy'). And the events, or what Noctis/Stella go through will be connecting with the higher realm the gods reside it, but it'll be affecting the 'real' world.

Can't wait to see what kind of reality fantasy epic that is crafted with Versus 13.

Holy crap! She's incredibly talented. I thought she only did the soundtrack for the Kingdom Hearts series, but after you posted that I checked her out on Wikipedia. No wonder why Street Fighter II's music was so memorable.

Yeah, she's pretty awesome. If you're interested, check out "drammatica -The Very Best of Yoko Shimomura-". I recently gave it a listen through, since it also has Somnus from Versus in there. It's good stuff.
