Yeah, I know. But that's what I thought, the CGI scenes were spot-on, others were extremely out of sync.
I'm glad that Square is getting better at localization, shortening the release gap, having more accurate translations, syncing the voices, etcetera. Supposedly FFXIV will have a simultaneous release worldwide, right?

So what's up with the change of name for the Optima change? In the English trailer it was like.. Paradiagrim or something. I'm sure no one really cares about the name change, but it just sorta bugs me iuno...

On the English versions it'll be called Paradigm, on the Japanese version Optima. Nothing major.

Paradigm Shift is the English Version of the System, whilst the Japanese have Optima Change. I never knew why the names has to be different. It still confuses me that the Summon's vehicle form is 'Driving Form' for the Japanese version and 'Gestalt Mode' for the English version.

I think SquareEnix loves finding unique words in the English or Western Dictionary.

And I know it's not, just Optima sounds cooler I guess. But oh well. So now I REALLY love the government l'cle (black haired woman near the end of the trailer). Australian accents are sexi ;)

Yes I know, I don't like it. Until they started saying it I always thought it was I'cie but apparently they were never capitalizing the word.

i like how everyone in this game seems so pretty. :D

and i like how they say l'Cie! D: cuz i never really watched the jap version till right before i watched the english version.

except snow's voice is a little too..surferish in the beginning. and the 14 year old kid shoulda sounded a bit more higher in the part where he was yelling at snow.

i liked serah's voice. and lightning's sorta i guess yeah.

i need to hear more of that other chick's voice..the one who says "sorry" to sereh.

and i love afro dude! X)

and i like how those one ppl have the accents x)

except the beginning is confusing idk who's talking butt hen i realized it wasn't serah it was some other chick.

and that chick w/ black hair at the end is like WOAH her voice is soo...piratey! XDD too tomboyish for my taste though~

snow and afro dude and evil dude and short kid are so cute x)
so basically all the guys look good for once x)
