I was just wondering why there isn't a separate part of the Creative Writing section specifically for poetry. Possibly just make separate sections for poetry, fanfiction, and stories.

I'm saying this because it's pretty much a 50/50 mash up of the two in CW right now but most of the time, it's an entire front page of poetry while the short stories are buried farther and farther back...

I just think it would be a bit more organized for the writers of KHI to go through. Songs and lyrics I think could go into the poetry section as well, too, if it were made... But maybe it's just me.

it would be nice to see a specific division there, seeing as not everyone wants to look through short stories while looking for poetry, and vice versa. all in all, poetry from a single person should be combined into one thread as well, otherwise there would be too many poetry threads pushing back the short stories, as sabrina said. it just makes it looks all so much neater as well, even though it may require a bit of work.

So it can be pretty much like the RP section, with pretty much no threads in the actual forum but a ton of posts in the subforums?

I don't know. I say go for it, but if one of the sections or another becomes too cluttered or is too barren, scrap the idea.

Wouldn't affect me all too much but I'm sure the other members probably would write some pretty nasty
