Default Uneven rep distribution
Well, just something I noticed on the forum. Mainly, in the Kingdom Hearts subsection, pretty much all the rep is given in the FoKH section while nearly none in the other sections. I just wanted to ask whether other people find that this actually has any standing at all. At least, for me it does. From one Days theory in FoKH, more people repped me from all my other rep combined.

And I hope this is in the right section?

Most of the people here come because of the KH sections. It's a KH forum. What do you expect?

I don't know, that kind of makes sense to me. It's the section where you post theories that other people might like, or discover a new scan/trailer that everyone will automatically want to rep you for in gratitude. In other words, FoKH is where you're most likely to earn your rep, as opposed to another section where someone might rep you for saying something funny, or because he/she likes you and thinks you deserve another green box.

Anyways, In FoKH you're most likely to get repped because people actually care about most of the posts coming into the thread.

Because most of the simple-minded people in those sections find your posts "repworthy."
In other sections it takes more to impress people.

I don't see the big deal about rep. Says no shit about who you really are.
Anyways, most of the rep is given at the Kingdom Hearts sections, but can also be given in other sections, just takes more to impress.

Oh yeah that too. If you make graphics, you get rep for making requests or posting an impressing signature in the DM section.
So it's not really unevenly given out, but i don't see why rep matters so much to some people.

I normally get rep for; putting up a very detailed post or something for a thread; being the first poster on a thread; putting up a good review for a thread; giving out good data; making someone laugh; and some other things I can't remember... It's pretty widespread for me.

Rep's been broken, probably since its creation, but at least for a LONG time here.

Really, it's not a big deal at all. It's not like it makes you a better person (although some would disagree).
