Forum Advisor?

I think there should be a forum advisor to show newbies the ropes,and stuff like that.
And if there could,i'd like to run because i want to help some people unlike some of the users here who get mad at every newbie who accidently posts in the wrong section or asks"When is kh3 coming out?"
So yeah,a forum advisor would be awesome.
